I look at these pictures and wonder how I let it get to this point and why I still don't believe it's me some times

I know u guys probably get sick of reading about my weight and what it is and what I'm doing about it at the moment but I know if I don't keep after it is some way shape or form even with the workouts I will still make it back to the way it was

Thanks for your support and I'm excited for next year I'm expecting great things

Felt great today legs felt strong, everything felt the same after 400. my 500 was slowly creeping up even with my air gone but Jayson told them to take it. I definitely got it in a couple weeks after getting back to the heavy rep work it's not like I've never done it before

Deadlift I'm super pleased with, the heavier sets were moving quicker then my light sets 500 moved fast at least it seem to me. 515 got stuck just at the knees it was still moving but I felt a strain in my pec area so I left it at that

So all in all I'm happy with my first day back with the crew some minor technical issues

So never again am I going to skip doing bench for that long for a variant didn't work as I thought it would. Took a slight hit in power and a bit in form from neglecting it so long but I'm pleased with the end result form got dialed back in, no pain and feeling stronger already.

Starting this week going back to bench rep work during the week I need to learn to rep **** out while keeping tight and the only way to do that is by doing it

Sean I was actually disappointed at first then after I looked back at it, I was like Damn I did move some weight today after all

Stim-max I like that L&S
I really need to cut back on the stims pretty soon I'm just going to be at a lethal dose for it to do anything for me at all as it stands now that had little effect on me
 
Yeah, give yourself a couple weeks before you decide the variant didn't work. It looks good to me!
 
Let me rephrase that a bit I haven't given up on the variant just ment u can't substitute Incline for actually benching to get stronger at bench u still need to bench still going to work with my Incline, like your implying I haven't given them a chance yet
 
Damn dude, I think you might use the most stims at once out of pretty much anyone I know. You're like 1-2 steps away from getting pure caffeine powder and rubbing it on your gums on the way to the gym with people passing judgement as they watch from the car and you'd be all like "I thought this was America!?" And then they'd be salty and then like you would turn up the tunes and throw up some devil horns and drive off like a legend.

You stung together two pretty damn nice workouts DMax. I wouldn't say you lost strength necessarily, you just may not be used to expressing to your fullest potential. Great job and never stop(like my run on sentence) lol

Pecs are a bit sore today along with my upper back just going to stretch them a bit and do some Pre squat prehab stuff for tomorrow's supplemental session

Bought that Acute FX pwo pill/powder I had the opportunity to test a while back - must've not been much of a hit on the market since I got it for $2.50 / bottle of 60

I got the acuteFX as well. I also got two tubs of OL Conquer. Outside of supps I bought a **** load of nose torque.

I am contemplating the eliteFTS sale as I could get another band, voodoo floss, and knee sleeves for dirt cheap. Maybe throw in a shirt or two but I am unsure and running out of time!!! Ahhh!!

Very interesting stuff there D-Max. I really like the idea of cluster sets, but I am pondering how to do isometric holds solo with the squat and bench. Deadlift would be easy.

Cool video for sure.
