So never again am I going to skip doing bench for that long for a variant didn't work as I thought it would. Took a slight hit in power and a bit in form from neglecting it so long but I'm pleased with the end result form got dialed back in, no pain and feeling stronger already.
Starting this week going back to bench rep work during the week I need to learn to rep **** out while keeping tight and the only way to do that is by doing it
