Sqauts were very explosive today felt great depth was great a few set I paused extra long on the last rep cause I was working with someone and want to show off a bit lol wanted to do more on last set but he told me he wasn't going to save me
Deadlift
More hook grip that **** hurts gave up early on it. For some reason grip seemed weak I think it was just my approach to it cause on the Last set I got fired up and felt fine then
Front squat
Didn't feel like doing these but the other guys did so did it anyway
Big super set I was breathing heavy after that
Heavy ass calf work there has been many times my big calfs have saved me in a squat got to keep them up
Pump work then abs planks are getting stronger
