Lol lost it at board shorts and flip flops. And I ain't no 8%! That's bolt

Interestingly enough, brandon Lilly claimed to have squatted 800lbs in flip flops with no warm-up on a challenge before.
 
I use wrist wraps above 200 on bench and barely at all on OHP. I do dat dere false grip on OHP...and I'm not very strong there lol

Start at the new gym tomorrow looking forward seeing it somewhat put together. I hope they got the GHR machine in already I want to try to hit a few sets after squat and deadlift

Not a bad day missed the 550 at my typical sticking point on the way up wish I would have gotten it but I'm still very happy with my sqauting progress this past month. Wanted to do a down set of 500 for a double but my partner told me I put some good work in so just let it be

Deadlift was with different bands this week.
Last week was 30 at the top this week 80
Frist rep at 445 was sloppy and slow at the top 2nd was way better and fast

Afterwards spent 2hr cutting and move gym floor mats. Gym wasn't put together like I was lead to believe it would be. O well

The thing is I handled it very well controlled it down well then caught the rebound just stalled hafe way up is all I consider it a successful failure

Bench is coming along nicely gain regaining my lost confidence. had a rep today where it felt so light and effort less I was amazed really need to find that and lock it in last set was my best set

Swiss bar is pretty cool never used one before I like it triceps pumped after the set of 20 at the beginning

Next week I'll have to remember to hit shoulders with a DB press I want to get the extra work in on them they could use it

Got in today and the gym was 85% together I like the setup very basic no machines at all really

Nice work man! The Swiss bar at my gym is a monster, I put a plate on each side and benched it and felt like a ton. It would be nice if a plate was 50 lbs. maybe it's to make it close to a 20 kg plate/bar idk.

Felt good today the 335 sets were better then the 325's but in need to go back to paused squats the explosiveness out of the hole isn't in grained into my technique yet

Deadlift was great good call lou. Is very counter to what u want to do which is pull through had to really focus on the stops

Side lunges were better this week hat to clean and press the bar to my back more weight next week trying to work the inner part of my leg

I really pleased with today's effort wanted to hit 225 for 6 with no handoff and manged to get it, last two were grinders but what can u do still happy

Moved to Inclines wanted 5's but felt heavy and was like wtf so went 3's but I got tighter and the felt better

Going back to banded DB shoulder presses I feel my shoulders are a severe weak point need to bring them up and I really like banded work of any kind so it's a good opportunity to use them

About a 2hr 15 min session today pulled in the driveway and I felt destroyed doesn't help I had a sore throat and sinus infection when I woke up. Now I get to to a 5hr osha refresher class yippee

How're you using the band assist on dips?
 
Roped it across and put my knees on them

I recently saw a video of someone doing them the opposite, roped at the bottom an around the neck. I like your way better.
 
Only took 24hrs but my legs a stiffing up big time

On a side note i must have bad luck with slingshot stuff first my knee sleeves are coming apart and today I was digging through my gear bag and seen my reactive slingshot is ripping at one edge wtf man I take care of my stuff pisses me off big time

Sucks, man. Hope that doesn't happen to my slingshot gear.
 
That sucks...how long have you had the gear? Maybe you just getting to swole man. Very solid looking session there DMax. I've been dogging close grips lately myself. Such a long stroke(no pee pee).

Hmm, I mean I know you are the jacked and tannerest than I, but I thought marks line was built to dealt with that. That's weak sauce man. Can you get it sewn?
 
I'm not thinking so the one is ripping top and bottom on the back seam. I'm going to send them email or call and see if I can get something done the worse that can happen is they say no right

It doesn't mention anything in the text? I'd imagine if it didn't say anything about a training max, then maybe go off of 540 then.
