Are your hips tight? You almost stop before hitting depth.

I feel like I bound up on front squats the only way I can get away from it is going pretty wide. Plus I'm always a bit hesitant on a weight doing for the first time ever thou technically that's not true
 
I'll just simply state I second guessed myself on the weight so it was slow on the decent it happens

Edit:doing some practice at home I'll give it shot next week
 
Not sure what clicked today but my elbows and biceps feel pretty good today even after front racking that weight nice to be mostly pain free for a change
 
SweetLou321 since we are going to be running banded deadlift on the weekend should I still be doing deficits on the week days don't the both teach speed off the floor?

If you want to pull twice a week make it hard to decrease the intensity of it. I think some paused pulls for 3-4 seconds 3-4 reps in the 50-70% range would be good.

Raised my calories to 2400 the past few low days. I've been feeling agitated and off hard to explain it's that feeling u get when u cut too deep I'm sure some of u have felt it. Seems to be doing the trick it was only about 80 calorie increase

It's very helpful to know thou, cause I know if I don't do anything about it my lifts are going to suffer big time

Feeling good today thou a little higher carbs then I wanted (about 160) but it's all from nuts, fruits and vegetables

Ive had 400gs of carbs so far and i feel like i havent eaten once today lol
 
Whether 2400 or 4000, it never feels like enough.
 
At least I've learned a bit along the way portions and ruff estimates making good decision learning to cook better lol and being able to enjoy the holidays

Good day hit what I was looking for on 8's
Stayed pretty tight and consistent with setup

OHP was ok wore my belt which I don't normally do plus tried wraps for a set I hate it so I ditch them on the down sets
165 I think my grip was just to far in moved it out just a finger on the downs sets

CGBP my tri's were done with heavy presses I think, 5 was everything I had lol

Want to get some forarm work in I read it was good for tendinitis. So there are 2 ways of think on this Stretching or strengthening guess I'll do both

Like them on bench and Incline just not on OHP not sure why. I do need to stop putting them on so soon thou I feel like it's becoming a crutch
 
I wrap at 185 and up for bench, have a bad wrist tho. I love wraps for sohp. Cant imagine taking big weights for a ride without them. I will say i use a much lighter wrap for ohp then i do bench. Efs 80cm kraits to bench and 60cm titan titaniums for ohp.
 
Yeah, wrist wraps on OHP feels like crap. I don't like them for bench either.

I'm undecided on both. I think I like it on heavier bench, but don't notice any aid on OHP (yet).
 
I nomaly wrap at 185 as well, I'll just keep doing what I have been. I also use to different wraps sun I use overkills which are awsome Thursday I use elitefts wrap that I hate too thick and can't get them as tight

Overkill is also my fav but someone stole mine.
 
I just wrap for my top set on bench usually nothing under like 200, and on OHP usually not till 165-175. I didn't wrap up for my 225 incline set and that felt fine, but idk I still use em when I go balls to the wall on bench. Just one more thing to prop up the confidence. And I never belt up for OHP it just feels horrible lol.

I notice considerable help on OHP with a belt.
 
I didn't wrap for my 225 push press a week ago and my wrists are still paying the price. I wrap 155 and up fir OHP and 275 and up usually on bench. I prefer belting up on OHP for sure.
 
For some reason I've been mis-bracing on my Tuesday deadlift and getting light headed, doesn't happen on ME days not sure what's up with that

Edit: been looking for a way to spice up my eggs in the morning today I put Ranch mix in with them pretty good really

That sounds good. Mathis week I used sriracha and garlic powder with jalapeños. I also like to add some ground oats in the mix before scrambling. Changes the whole texture, but is pretty good IMO.
 
Interesting. oats unflavored are pretty neutral so I bet it's good. I typically put hot salsa on them as well hotter the better just have to be careful during the workout burps can be harsh lol

Hey man, bodybuilding is cool too. It's the contest prep dieting and judging on stage that make it lame.

To some extent, isn't there also contest prep dieting and judging on stage for power-lifting, too? lol
