Not sure what clicked today but my elbows and biceps feel pretty good today even after front racking that weight nice to be mostly pain free for a change
I don't know what I'm going to do when I get back to work and can't watch my scooby doo in the morning

Raised my calories to 2400 the past few low days. I've been feeling agitated and off hard to explain it's that feeling u get when u cut too deep I'm sure some of u have felt it. Seems to be doing the trick it was only about 80 calorie increase

It's very helpful to know thou, cause I know if I don't do anything about it my lifts are going to suffer big time
Feeling good today thou a little higher carbs then I wanted (about 160) but it's all from nuts, fruits and vegetables

Yeah, wrist wraps on OHP feels like crap. I don't like them for bench either.

I nomaly wrap at 185 as well, I'll just keep doing what I have been. I also use to different wraps sun I use overkills which are awsome Thursday I use elitefts wrap that I hate too thick and can't get them as tight
Overkill is also my fav but someone stole mine.
I just wrap for my top set on bench usually nothing under like 200, and on OHP usually not till 165-175. I didn't wrap up for my 225 incline set and that felt fine, but idk I still use em when I go balls to the wall on bench. Just one more thing to prop up the confidence. And I never belt up for OHP it just feels horrible lol.
I also dont belt up for ohp. Im lazy.
It just feels off to me when I do. I don't notice an improvement when I do
For some reason I've been mis-bracing on my Tuesday deadlift and getting light headed, doesn't happen on ME days not sure what's up with that Edit: been looking for a way to spice up my eggs in the morning today I put Ranch mix in with them pretty good really
