Ahhhh, got all my errands done and have a few minutes to lay here in the bed and chill before we take off for vacation. So thought I'd throw up my workout from this morning.

Was finally able to do pull ups with minimal discomfort in that rear delt /Tricep area. Felt it at first, but I found the sweet spot for positioning and tension to be able to work through it.

Sweated my ass off on the treadmill today. Really enjoy making this intense. Wearing a hat and the sweat dropped off the bill nonstop like a faucet. I was soaked. My body is actually thanking me a bit my keeping the impactful cardio to a minimum. Knees , ankles and hips feel much better. Not abandoning it altogether, but the jump rope and sprinting were killing me a bit.

Ok for real now, I'm gone.

Toren would have been putty in my hands after a slice of Lou Malnati's deep dish. Hands down best pizza I've ever eaten. If 2 slices can fill me up, it's something special. Now that doesn't mean I didn't have a third, but even still 3 is usually my starter plate. This pizza was so dense with goodness!!

One with pineapple on it. Otherwise pizza is kind of like vagina. Even that bad ones are pretty good. Just ask Totinos how good business is. :)

I love pineapple but can not stand it on meat of any kind. It is a personal hang up. Had to turn down the only meat at a thanksgiving dinner with one of my family members because they put pineapple all over the Honey Baked Ham. Ended up having a protein shake and all the sides...

Damn, that sounds good. Did the cheese form delicious strings of gooiness that teased your tastebuds as they held onto the pizza slice for dear life? Unfortunately I decided I was too tired this evening to make any good food, so I made a frozen pizza. Tasted like a sheet of cardboard with some fat-free cheese. Yummy.

Okay, back and ready to kill it. While I ate my ass off for 6 days, I also walked my ass off for at least 4 of them. Either way I have some added cushion to work off. Also re-assessing my cycle, or if it will even be a cycle. I am leaning more toward just returning to cruise with Test and Mast and focusing on diet and training styles. There's something about Tren that makes me so god damn hungry. And in case you didn't know, gear isn't magic, I'm still getting fat. So at the least, the Tren is done. Probably gonna run Test and Mast at 350 each for a bit then call it and cruise for a very long time.

Shoulder pump was stupid with the giant set to start. Couldn't even lift the 20's on last round. And while I feel bloated and soft from vacation, once the pump filled up my delts, more striations than ever were visible.

Your work is killer man! Been busy as f with work for a while so haven't been on the board much. Sounds like a good vacation. I'm from Chicago and it's taken basically my whole life to get away from once a week deep dish. When I do have it now, it's 3 slices and then pizza coma time. Malnatti's is some good stuff, next time try a deep dish from Beggars.

And yeah, Malnati's was the best I tried. Also had Giordano's a couple times as it was close to the resort. But wasn't quite as good to me. Too bready.

Literally just used this machine myself 20min ago. Never saw one before and it's great. Really forces you to keep your elbows tight

And not sure who the hell is using 150lbs on it!! I was using 30 and dying. But in my defense, it was the last stop in a giant set.
