Pump is looking NASTY in the gym dude!
So I probably missed it somewhere. What kind of Tren are you running and at what dose
It's a blend of 150 Tren E, 50 Ace, and 50 No Ester per ml (250mg/ml total)
I am pinning .8 ml e3d, which averages out to 465mg/week
Nice. How much longer do you have
He just started the tren so at least 8 weeks minimum I assume.
Gotcha. Thanks for the info guys. Been away for a little bit. So trying to play catch-up.

Jealous! You are looking damn good brother!
I have not. But you have to be real dumb to F up Cinnamon Roll.
bro this is inspiring, and kind of discouraging the reason why I say that is it seems that it takes alot to look that Ripped and swole...
goodness I'll try though.
Well, I currently have MPs Cinnamon Bun and it has a chemical aftertaste.
Bro you have to keep in mind a few things.
#1 Genetics. Mine are poor in regards to body composition and metabolism. Thyroid disease also runs in my family and I probably have issues. I am fighting them with things I've learned, training like a madman, and steroids.
#2 Age. I'm 38. I'm not 25. It might not take as much if I were younger and had lived this lifestyle earlier in life.
#3 Personal History. My body is fukked naturally. I abused meth and an eating disorder to the fullest degree for almost 15 years. My wiring and such is not normal. I am certain I have done some serious damage to my metabolism, sleep patterns, etc.
I am not the cookie cutter example of body-building, diet, and supplementing. Everyone has their own story. There are many guys around here who do not have to do the things that I do in order to achieve great physiques. That is in no way a comment to take away from their hard work, they put it in. But some are just more fortunate than others. Don't be discouraged.
I also realize that I can't do these things forever. I just want to taste it for a few good years before I have to realize it's time to be more content with less. Be more content with what my body will give me with less "supplements". One of these days I'd rather travel than run cycles with my money LOL. But for now, I'm getting it while the getting's good!!

My fitness journey has been going on over 5 years now and people always act like I just diet for a week and get shredded. I wish it was that easy!
You can do it.bro this is inspiring, and kind of discouraging the reason why I say that is it seems that it takes alot to look that Ripped and swole...

I was going to go into how things are varied for everyone and yada yada yada but you covered it all quite eloquently.Bro you have to keep in mind a few things.

Dma378 You probably feel the same way but when someone comes to you for help and ACTUALLY listens instead of just looking for a quick fix and you use your knowledge to help them make life changes. That feeling is just amazing. I helped my friend Tiffany drop 40 pounds in 3 months and her doctor took her off her bp meds. My friend Kevin finally put on muscle and not fat when trying to become beefier, my friend Jackie shape up for her wedding. When you help these people help themselves it feels great to have helped made the difference.
Damn bro! I need to get on your level.
Haven't stopped by in a while but it seems everything is moving along nicely. Your last pic shows some great improvement in your arms. Size is nice but when you start to see some serious depth in the musculature, it looks that much better.
And you're still telling it exactly as it is. Post #3517 is just another example.
Keep putting in that work bro, cuz I'm doing nohing but slacking recently. Hopefully life slows down a bit so I can spend some time with my mistress...

Nice workout bro. What kind of pain when you do pull ups?
