DMA's Never Satisfied Training Log

Totally understandable. We are all pretty compulsive people in this lifestyle, it is easy for the PED's to become the compulsion, due to results, and the alpha feeling when on them. It is very easy for that to become unhealthy for us and we have to step back and take inventory of our priorities. I did this a while back and not that I am on TRT I tend to run things less often or if running something longer it is innocuous like a SARM or something. I keep methyl doses much lower now and the duration shorter when running them. Squeezing in 2 decent length cycles in a year, is plenty for me. I tend to try and do a 3 month run of light stuff, then recover my lipids and everything for 3 months and go back to do my blood work and then hit up another run after the blood work. I have focused on cutting methyls down or at least running them lower doses. Seems health has stayed much better this way.


I believe it does, but not to the same extent as Winny.

Interesting on the dien ace... I thought about looking into that or the DTA\C, what are your thoughts on the DTA\C?

I feel like staying on a bit of test, although I am self-administering at this time, will also keep me feeling better and from needing to run these cycles to get satisfaction.

Also just as you said. I have a few things still in the box. Some Epistane and some Winny that I'd like to utilize and enjoy. But with a moderate dose of test I can get by with lower doses and not have to suffer the sides.

I could run sick stacks before, and DMZ and Halo is great for gains LOL. Just hell to suffer through anymore. FOR ME

Pleasure > Gains at this time in my life.

Dien ace is pretty amazing at a good dose. Night and day difference between it and the transdermal. I've never taken tren before, but at 100mg/day, it did for me what I've read about tren.... crazy heat, lots of sweating, cut me up really nicely, thickness came over time, vascularity is intense.... and it is dry (depending on diet). Caber/prami needed at that dose though.

DTA/C is interesting. I've used them both before. Gave me bacne that was tough to fight. Worse on sides in this aspect than any other compound I've tried, so I'm using low dose accutane with it now. It's really pushing that vascularity and fullness to a new level, even while on a cut. Have never tried it on a bulk, but it's pretty anabolic so I think it'd do well.

edit: I by far prefer dien ace over desoxy test, fewer (more dealable) sides, more action. Just gotta be prepped with caber/prami & nolva
 
Yeah me too. Almost 2 years really for me. A few minimal breaks in between cycles. I want to be healthy at the end of the day, and if in all my efforts I'm hurting my health then I need to reconsider what I'm doing. It's the orals mostly that I'm talking about. But even some injectables I'll be hesitant to run again. My Tren days are done. And even Mast has me thinking. I love the stuff, but what am I doing to my prostate. I'm getting to the age where I need to think about these things.

A little bit of perspecive never hurt anybody. The fact that you are so aware of these things and are not willing to push them to the side just for the sake of gains is a very good thing. Stay healthy....so that you can continue to lift!

Something cool you would probably like is about 300-400mg Test with a pulse on your methyls. You take them EOD at a moderately high dose. Gives a nice gradual boost. EPI is great for that. Since on test a morning dose of DMZ with it's 16 hour halflife would be a great pulse too. Far less liver issues with pulsing, and gains come on a little slower but far less sides.

I don't know about you but me on 300mg of test a week and a low - moderate dose of any decent oral and I will make nice gains. I actually have a hard time keeping my small cycles under wraps because I respond so well even to lower doses. Then again my testosterone is pure pharma grade from my pharmacy and 300mg on it feels like 500-600 on some of the UGL stuff I have had. Now nice gains I am talking about 5-10lbs gains while leaning up. If I can do that twice a year without killing myself and running low-moderate doses I feel I have found a nice balance.

I have not run dien yet but have 4 bottles of DermaTren waiting for me when I am ready too. Been thinking about getting some of the dien ace though.

This is what it is supposed to be all about. In the end we want to better ourselves, not cause problems for ourselves. If you allow a positive recreational activity to become the obsession and take the positive out of the equation it is no longer healthy behavior. We try to stand on that balance beam between optimal gains and health. It isn't easy, and takes practice, and most importantly self awareness which Daniel has proven he has. It is nice to see others who get that there needs to be a balance.

I freaking love Mast. And I know a lot of people cruise with Proviron, essentially to the same effect. Never heard of cruising with EQ, but why not? LOL
 
It's great for joints and appetite, and a small dose like that won't be detrimental to RBC/hematocrit, especially with a lower test dose.

I hear you. When I started doing them again, I got called into work for a derailment the next day. Ended up working 23 hours. 12 lb sledge felt like 50 lbs. I was sore for days.

i used to compete with my father when we had any any works outside the house he was average men easy to beat but you father on NO2 poor boys....

Well, just had the strongest most beast bench session of my life. Have never felt so strong and controlled. There was something there that was new and hopefully I can channel it again. It led to a mental excitement and pump that still lingers an hour later as I sit here. Also happy about how I looked pumped this morning. Delts are starting to get a roundness that I've really been working to create. Causing them to finally pop off the tricep. Maybe a bit to do with the increased cardio and HIIT, burning a bit of fat around the muscle. Calories are high. Not counting, just eating.

So I'll try and express my feelings on how this bench session went...

16 minutes of Interval Sprints to start. Got the pump flowing.

Bench Press:
135 x 15
185 x 12
225 x 6 (don't push hard, save strength)
245 x 4 (easy, no strain, add weight)
275 x 3 (holy crap, expected that to be harder than it was, felt like 225, add weight)

Me: Hey bro got a second help me with a spot?

Him: ABSOLUTELY (clap clap) more than happy to!!

Me: Gonna try for 2 (in mind, hell yes, mental clap clap)

295 x 5 (wtf??!!, that was stupid easy and controlled, could have kept going)

Him: Come on man set that down, put another plate on, I'll be back in a minute

Me: OKAY (clap clap)

315 x 4 +1 w/ spot PR by 3 reps + 1

Me: Hell yeah!!

Him: Is that not normal?

Me: Naaa man, that felt amazing

Him: Dude you see me next week, we're gonna push some weight on that bar

Went and did 7 super sets of Tricep Rope Pull Downs and 1 Arm Leaning Side Laterals. Who cares about those numbers? LOL But it was a pumped happy ass super set!!!

This session took me by surprise. Last flat bench session I smashed my 225 rep PR, so I thought Ok, let's see where we're at for weight. And everything was just easy.

Awesome job! My Bench has always been one of my weak points.

Congrats on that 315x4, I have never repped 315 for that many. I might be able to but have never done so. I will say that is pretty awesome though!
 
Decent session this morning. Still trying to catch up on sleep from the weekend. So took a minute to get going. Starting to turn a few heads in the gym, as I'm regaining that fire. There is just nothing that compares to Test for me. No PH, not Trest, nothing. Once it fully starts kicking in, I am full Alpha. And it's about there. Vascularity is definitely increasing in a good way, not a sky high BP kind of way. LOL

Man, I'm really enjoying this carb cycling. It is doing wonders. I load up on carbs after my workout/breakfast, then I restrict for like 3 hours until lunch. At which time I load up again. Back to restricting until about 4 pm, which I call my pre-dinner load. Then I struggle for the next 2 hours with no carbs again. Then dinner replenishes my stores. Most of the time I restrict again until the morning but sometimes I feel like I should have some dessert or something before bed. Ice cream or S'mores cereal really help me get through the night.

Am I doing it right?
 
My opinion, I would keep your carbs around workout. From my understanding and knowledge that's not really carb cycling. That's just having your carbs at different times of the day. I would advise against it because you are spiking insulin too many times during the day

reps for your innovation ;) you should hurry up and write a book about this style of diet and sell it and make your nut... thats what all the guru's do
 
I did your carb cycling regime , but throwing in ice cream late at night to compensate the carb loss, caused by compulsive gaming.
