DMA's Never Satisfied Training Log

Crazy. No pro kicker should ever miss a 27yd field goal... Especially during the playoffs.

As long as my panthers don't choke...

Me too bro. It was going to be a tough one for me next weekend if the Vikes came to AZ.

So my heart is still in this thing with the Cards. Hoping to see your Panthers in a couple weeks Yates.

We will be there ;)

Went in this morning to finish off Saturday's lackluster push sesh. Mission was to hit a few exercises with high volume and intensity. Mission accomplished. Took 4 caps of Hydro3 to help get the pump going and man, that stuff delivers.

227 on the scale this morning.

1-Arm Leaning DB Side Laterals:
15 x 12 each side x 2 non-stop
25 x 10 each side x 4 non-stop
15 x 10 each side x 2 non-stop (8 sets each side)

13 minutes HIIT on hands-free incline elliptical

Again the HIIT felt great.

Tricep and delt pump hurt so good. Interesting thing...all the normal pulleys were taken so I used the Lat Pull Down station to do the Tricep Push Downs. The weight is completely different. I could easily rep 150lbs. that many sets on the regular pulley, but 70lbs. felt as heavy on the Lat station. Weird. All in the leverage the pulley set-up provides.

On a personal note, and a big reason for hopping back on Test. But after only 3 shots of Prop the quality of wood I'm batting with is night and day. I mean I could play ball before, but now I'm Barry Bonds again.

Yep Test keeps things the way you want them!

Can't believe the difference after 3 shots. She had to wear the best leggings/yoga pants around the house yesterday.

I can not elevate my dose for another month so not fair. LOL

Back is nice and thick!!!!! ????

Back on topic!! LOL My freaking BP is not good. I'm taking more than the daily amount of CEL Cycle Assist, low dose aspirin, hitting some cardio, drinking plenty of water. Maybe it's the sodium intake. Last couple days I've had Papa John's pizza and a double Whopper. Me and wife were both pretty busy over the weekend (cough, cough...Football) and grocery shopping was a quick trip for the basics. So dinners are on the fly this week. But I feel like I'm paying for it now.

Last dose of Prop yesterday, 100mg. Just in time as first bit of Cyp landed in the box. Will load up a dose of 375mg tonight.

DMZ still at 45, Halo at 75, Epi Andro at 700

Killer workout this morning though. Felt strong, looked large!!

Best cereal ever made. It is my crack right now, so addicted. S'mores

cocoa puffs, golden grahams and what are the marshmallows?

Also, have you tried the actual "S'Morez" cereal?

Yeah that's pretty much what it is. The marshmallows are just standard cereal marshmallows. Comes like this in the bag whatever the generic brand is. F-ing amazing if you're a cereal fan.

Looks dangerous to a guy like me. I would be down 3-4 bowls before I realized what was happening....

You're talking like the hardened, lucky charms type marshmallows? I've never seen just a bag of these?

LOL, there is nothing about this that reads cereal. Haha. But looks delicious!

Do you monitor your BP daily on cycle, or can you feel when it's running high (and then measure)?

It is very telling when it's high. I get a slight headache, the veins in my bald head throb, can feel the pulse, feel tense, light hurts my eyes, and at night sleep sucks. I do not have a monitor. That being said, significantly cleaned up the salt in the diet yesterday, as well as ate a good clean lunch and dinner and it felt better all day and night.

Make sure you are getting enough potassium too.

Ok. Never heard this benefit of potassium before.

Yes, potassium has an effect on BP, it also balances out that sodium. Ideally you would keep your ratios of potassium to sodium right about even. It is never really too much sodium being the problem for most people. It is almost always the fact that sodium and potassium get way out of balance that people start experiencing issues. Also a lot of methylated designer steroids make processing potassium even harder. This is a big reason for the back pumps, and taurine because it helps process the potassium better.

Awesome post. Very overlooked, thanks for posting :)

So I took the day off work to hang with my wife and daughter. Went to play-time at the library and then to lunch. It was nice. And then hit a nice Leg session. Now I sit home about to finish some spreadsheets, that made taking the day off justifiable.

So I have been alternating PWOs between Conqu3r Unleashed and this new ATP Perform Kinetics. I was torn on how good the ATP was at first, but I realize I'm a poor judge of single servings of anything. Hit about 1.75 servings of it today and straight blasted off. Sweat poured like it hasn't in quite some time.

LEGS

Stairs x 25 minutes with building intensity (325 cals)

Front Squats:
135 x 8
185 x 6
225 x 6
275 x 3
295 x 1 PR wanted 2, but knew better.
225 x 4
225 x 4

SLDL:
135 x 8
185 x 8
185 x 8

Single Leg Extensions x 6 sets each leg non-stop

Calf Press x 4 sets

Speed Bag was thrown in between most of all sets. Just feeling the groove. Probably looked like a fool, head nodding, and mouthing words, and mean mugging with the music.
