Subbed. Started at page 65 and read through. Thanks for the info! You guys seem like some real quality honest people here. I'm also on the winter blues kick unfortunately. Last two weeks have been bogus, just unmotivated and weak, so I figured I'd deload this week. And I thought it was just me.

Hell yes ! Can't wait. It's hard to take a rest when you put in so much work. Was contemplating a break for a while when all of the sudden my whole body hurts and lifts have gone down. Rest is in order
 
Felt it pretty good today. Neighbor gave me a sample of pre-JYM to try. Not bad. Good energy.

Woke up at 224. Not dry, but not bloated either. Just starting to look really full with good vascularity once the pump kicks in.

Felt decently strong this morning. Did less sets of each exercise and focused on intensity with short rest times.

Oh man the HIIT felt good. Needed that groove and sweat. Need to do this a few times a week to get some athleticism back.

Sleep has less than good last couple nights. Combination of BP and dang dogs crowding me. Which in turn frustrates me elevating the BP further!!! LOL

Pin another 80mg of Prop tonight.

To note, only have a few ml of Prop left but 30ml of Cyp on the way. Should land in time to get going but with the change in esters I will obviously have a spike then drop in levels before it starts to get back up.

I have read conflicting information on front-loading long esters. I should add I'm going to stay around 300mg/week (1 250mg shot e5-6d). So do you think I should knock out a couple 2ml shots to start?

My thought on this, and yes it's purely speculative/me science is that there is a benefit to front loading.

Like you stated, the fact that it is a long ester is an issue, however regardless of the ester, all of it is not broken down at once. Some will be sooner and some longer. This would make my intention with a frint load to be that there is so much of the entire compound in my system that the small amount that is broken down first will end up being equal to or at least close to a normal dose of a much shorter ester. Thus making it more of a sustained release of multiple small doses

Lmao, had to copy and paste that mess into my browser. Ok, I will stick up for them a bit. A few years back they were not quite so sold out and put on a killer concert. These glamour shots are not very flattering at all.
 
Yo Dan, you know I went through the front load thing and got bubkus but itchy nips.
But the question is, would you have gotten itchy nips anyway? One thing it does prove is that it put enough active testosterone in you quickly to cause you too aromatize. So the intent of getting higher serum levels more quickly was achieved. Also kind of suggests you might start out with an AI if front loading to avoid the increased aromatization.
Those guys made me aromatize :/

It's funny because I love 5FDP, they put on an awesome show. Then again the stuff you guys listen to is WAY too hard for my taste. The heaviest 5FDP stuff is pretty close to my threshold of indistinguishable screaming. Then again my musical tastes are pretty eclectic and that means I am not invested in one type of music enough to really see too many people as selling out on anything when it comes to artistic choices. Make what makes you happy, or make what makes you rich and happy, I don't care. If you make something I like.. great! Make something I don't and I don't care about it. I think at their level of success they probably don't have the same amount of anger and angst in their lives to push through their music as they did being young, angry, and broke coming up.

I do think it is funny they have a line in one of their songs that says... " I am not selling out, I'm buying in!!!!" I think that just about explains it there.
 
Re the front load absolutely dumped a bunch of test in me that gave me the sides but not that 'on' feeling...I still had to wait till week 6.

I did use AI from the start at the standard 12.5 eod but had to up that quite quickly.

I suppose the gains were there fairly early on but at TRT dosing I think Dan is looking for the wellbeing effects and I don't think a front load will get him there based on my experience.

It works!! Some sessions better than others. Sometimes I don't feel it, but some are straight beast feeling. Like this morning. Felt so good under the squats.

When I used TNE it was the same. Some workouts eh didn't feel much. But the ones I did were totally hulked out.

That sounds pretty good! What dose you taking? 50mg? Might throw this in with the cycle I'm starting on Monday as a kicker. Got an extra bottle of oral in my stash

Recommended!! Yeah 50mg. Tried 75 a couple times and didn't notice any difference.
 
i do not remember if this question was before ( your log is from decades ) but , i understand that you use both PH DMZ ALSO MSTEN what push you to use second time DMZ instead of MSTEN less sides, better on feeling on cycle or better gains ?

This is actually my 3rd time using DMZ!!! Love the on feeling from it. The strength and aggression are awesome. Not the same size gains, at least for me as Msten, but better hardening, pump and vascularity. Actually feel more sides from dmz. But I love the stuff.
 
Yesterday my BP felt high all day. So took a sleep aid to make sure I got a good night sleep. Which I did, but have not been able to shake it off all day. Went in for half a day at work and hit the gym after. Ok session. Did some Clean and Press, Skullcrushers, Incline Flys, and 20 minutes of cardio.

Finally starting to see a bit of leaning effect, yet weight is climbing

Woke at 226 this morning!!! And this is after adding more cardio and as I said, looking a tad leaner. That's 13 lbs. in 6 weeks.

Not all that lean but getting massive. Not sure I should get much bigger, my head is looking a bit small LOL
