Just when I talked all that proud dad biz, the kid stands me up. Little butthole. So, pulled some Deads myself. Felt really good. Took a lot of time between sets. Feeling good in general. Almost missed some doses last night. Went to bed and forgot to take my MASS GH and RAD. Woke up after about an hour being asleep and was like whoa!!! Headed out to the kitchen to dose up!! So unlike me.
Glycogen retention is coming on. Arms and Shoulders look nice and full. Still need to get some pics up.

Really got aggressive with the speed bag. Was pretty pumped up so was making a bit of noise. Love the drumming of that thing when it gets going.
Wouldn't bother with the prop if you're using trest. It's redundant and it'll just cause more estro sides that are already a pain just from trest.
I personally loved trest far more than anything else I've ever run (including tren ace). Trest & epistane was booommmmbbbb

I'm really interested to see what you think of DermaTrest as a base compared to Test injections, if you do end up going that route. I loved DermaTrest but also wondered if having some actual Test floating around would've been beneficial.
I can't think of one single positive that having test AND trest would provide. Additional test would just cause more sides id think. It's less powerful, and offers nothing extra that trest doesn't.

Never ran td so can't compare based on personal experience but just based on standard absorption vs im the dosage to be equal would be drastically different.

I actually misread my bottles when I started and was planning to run it at 25mg and then bump up to 50 week 3 but actually was only running st 12.5mg then 25. Once I realized, I bumped it to 50 and the estro sides were getting really difficult and the gains weren't better so I went back to 25-30mg. That was my sweet spot for manageable sides and still amazing gains.

Ya that seems to be about right. My biggest issue with td is the unpredictability that can come with both the dosing (especially the pumps) and absorption (really all depends on your pores, cleanliness, thickness of the skin, etc). That's said, it's still leaps and bounds better than oral. IMO oral trest is basically a glorified pre workout with that ridiculously short half life.

Well today is what I call Separation Day. It's that first workout on cycle that separates you from normal. It's only Day 5 so I know it's just beginning, but this 50mg of Tr3st PWO is the shiit. Here is my current PWO cocktail:

Curious why? The kick in is not as quick but depending on dose their is easily as much gains to be had from Halo with out the hit to libido you might get adding DMZ to Trest.Also pretty set on switching from Halo to DMZ. I think I'll save the Halo to run with Epistane next year.
Applying the Dermatrest pwo is a mental hurdle for me. I mean, I totally understand Yates reasoning for doing so, but the broscience "but it will get sweat out!!?!1!" is strong in me ugh

I just found out my daughters choir teachers fiance teaches a few classes of DDP Yoga a week and he does it for free. Going to get the info and try to make it there at least once a week.Highly recommend man.

I do the speed sets all fast. Should it be a heavier weight for fewer explosive reps? This is my first time doing it and aside from just reading in the PHAT routine "speed sets", there was not any details as to what exactly that meant. So totally just assumed what to do. Can you specify what the idea is with them.
It was more of a cycle goal reason for wanting to switch to DMZ. I have enough DMZ to run a high enough dose to pack on some size in 6 weeks. Not sure 75mg of halo for 6 would give me the same mass gains. It's still up in the air.

Yes your speed sets are typically in the 3-5 rep range, you want to work with about 50% of your max for multiple sets and explode with all the force you can each rep. You can also start around 40% and move up by 5-10% each set until you begin to notice your reps slowing down to where they are not quick anymore. Nothing even close to a grinding rep. Obviously 50% will move slower than 40%, and 60% slower than 50% but that is expected. It is when you are noticing that it is no longer a fast explosive push all the way to the top. I would also recommend doing pause reps, where you stop it at your chest while staying tight for 1 second, then explode up. Not a rapid fire technique then bring it down under control, doesn't have to be a negative by any means just down under control as in tension throughout the descent. Since a hypertrophy day I would stick to 5 reps, and the last set if you slow down at 3 then stop at 3. If sets are not prescribed I would limit it to about 8, no more than 10. That is how yo get the volume for the growth. Push muscles respond far better to explosive work for growth anyway.Not saying heavy weight doesn't do the trick but the effort should be explosive on all push muscles unless the goal is increasing lactic threshold or causing a major GH spike.

When I hit 100 mg I started to notice sides that I just did not like. For me, Trest at 75 mg is plenty
