Although did just have an amazing nap. Legs and glutes are absolutely shot from yesterday. Wondering if caffeine has painkilling ability.

Actually bought decaf coffee this morning. Wasn't sure what to do with myself with no morning joe.
Old habits definitely die hard. You taking 2 or 3 weeks off or you taking a long break?

Lol ain't that the damn truth. I did a stim break for a month and it sucked. Bad. 2 hour full body workouts with no stims felt like forging my own coffin - with a fisher price toolset - and then sleeping in it - with 300 lbs on top of it. That's what deadlifting was like.

Well that was interesting. Actually wasn't a bad workout. No sweat until the very end on the stair-mill. Perhaps got fatigued a little sooner. Went to my wife's gym, which is a big mega-gym, because it has the day care and she's out of town. Used a couple pieces of equipment that my gym doesn't have, so that was cool. Definitely just lacked intensity. But weight felt good.

Strong will power, that's quite the leap

Had 2 cups of decaf this morning, and I swear I got a placebo effect from it. Was energized for a brief minute.

Still very achy in muscles, mostly upper back and neck with slight pressure headache. #detox
 
Day 3 of stim break included a turn around business trip to Seattle. Actually still there waiting to board flight home. Can't wait to get on plane to sleep. The aches never left today. Hope this starts to go away in the next couple days.
 
Hang in there. The headaches lasted about 3 days for me. The weakness and muscle aches about a week. I suggest at least a couple months off if you can. I'm back to using PWOs after two full weeks and that was definitely not a long enough reset time.

I've found 4-5 weeks is plenty even after stupid high tolerance.

Oh and Red, for once we will not be running the same cycle. I'm replacing DMZ with Halo instead. Came up on a couple bottles and since I've never run it, just makes sense.
Sweet Halo is just an awesome product when ran at the right doses you can gain plenty of size without much of the sides at all.

Can't wait for my DMZ cycle next year. Haven't ran it before

I freaking love the stuff. Favorite oral by far. Plus the brand I got has me excited to try. Myopharma Dimethabolin.
EPI is one of my favorites but DMZ is right there with it.
Kind of an old school brand. Looked into it before I bought. Got a couple of their Epistane as well.

You guys are just beating yourself up over this stuff, you don't have to take it that far. If your pre-workouts are lacking you don't have to cut out coffee to reset your adrenals. You can but simply stopping using the pre workouts for a long period of time will increase their efficacy again. Also are adrenal "cleansing" supplements you can take to reset your adrenals without ever stopping the stims. Caffiene has more health benefits than it does negatives. Coffee specifically has several beneficial aspects. If you want to reset your adrenals so your stim tolerance goes back down CTD has a supplement that can help with this called Adrenal Reset. You can take this even with coffee if you want and it will help get the receptors sensitivity back up. Daniel, I know you have to have something in your companies line up to help with adrenal fatigue too. Often these things contain adaptogens, that is what you want. Don't fall for the adrenal tissue stuff. That may or may not work but if there is no Vitamin C, Ashwaganda, Rhodelia Rhosea, or what not in it then you might not want to spend the money on it.

Same here! Curious what the long term effects these stimulants will have on health. For now, my doctor shakes his head and congratulates me on my level of health.
 
Well anytime I get bloodwork and my BP checked it comes out perfect, the nurse usually points out how perfect my BP is... So until that changes I guess im good

This is what I always do. Will be interesting tomorrow though, will be in Dallas at my cousins. He does have a set of 90lb PowerBlocks at his house though, might be able to squeeze in a lift!

We are doing Thanksgiving at our house this year so will make it easy for me to get my workout in before the feast!

I had no BP issues with dmz, but it did give me wicked back pumps towards the end of my cycle
