Nice work Daniel, I notice if I don't get some carbs in about an hour before my workout on the cardarine my ability to kick ass in the big lifts diminishes.

I will probably start hitting some oats straight out of bed as I will be starting Ghar1ne on Thursday night as well. I wake at 3:30 and am walking in the gym at 4:15-4:30. I have a feeling the Ghar will have me hungry when I wake up.

Midsection looking tighter with that weight drop , good **** !

Yeah man definitely lost some inches. I feel like I regained my taper. Had it on the RAD, and seemingly got a little soft for the few weeks I was on test alone. So although the weight is down I feel like I look bigger with the taper intact.

Looking great Daniel! Super lean for a relaxed shot. Only a slight bit of thickness lost but definitely more aesthetically pleasing, and so much tighter! Well done!

Pretty happy with what's happening. Was thinking about upping the cals with the Ghar1ne and ArA, but I think I'll keep them where they're at since it's a slight surplus anyways. Maybe just adjust my macros a little. Up the carbs to 300+ to see how my body responds.

I bet it will respond great considering your IGF-1 levels should be decently elevated by now.

Just started the Ghar1ne last night. But good to hear from you that it will be a good plan. What do you think about upping carbs, keeping fat about the same (100-125 ish), and actually lowering protein in order to up carbs?

So:
3200 cals

300+ Carb
100-125 Fat
175-200 Pro

I've been at 250 ish Pro / 250 ish Carb

I like your fat levels, protein in the 175-200 range with over 300 carbs and those fat levels would be excellent. When you have enough carbs you don't have to kill the protein as much as most say. Carbs & ample fats allows your body to use every bit of protein for building and not wasting it towards converting to energy.

Successful PCT man! Definitely looking leaner than the end of the cycle.

Thanks bro. Not quite done with it yet. Going to run Clomid for another 10 days or so at 25mg ed, then for a couple more weeks at 25mg eod. That will be the end of it. Last dose of 25mg Exemestane is today though.
 
Ok, so last night was only 2nd dose of Ghar1ne (10mg), but already woke up a bit sluggish this morning. Shook off really fast though. And for second night had really memorable dreams. Also looked really full in the gym. Felt strong and tight. ArA probably starting to saturate as well. This is going to be a fun combo, I can already tell.

Deadlift strength and form is returning. Still not ready to push the limits yet, and may never push them as I did before. But strength and control with decent weight is feeling good with no discomfort. Not putting any weight goals in place, just adding what feels good.

Did a Foam Glow 5K last night with my wife and daughter and a few friends. Had a blast, but my feet hate me right now. Have never ran that much on the street. Definitely more impactful. But was impressed with my ability to jog almost all of it before my knees said stop. Debating yoga this morning. My mind says yes, my body says no. Not sure which one to listen to.

Yeeessss!!! Now that was some good sleep. rascal14 I took the Ghar1ne earlier in the evening and it put me to sleep about an hour after taking it. Actually fell aslepp with the lights on in the bed while my wife was putting away laundry. Slept and dreamed like I was in a coma.

Ate over 4400 cals yesterday and woke up ready to kill it. May need to wake up a bit earlier so I can take my PWO cocktail a bit earlier because it has not been kicking in until I'm like 3 exercises in at the gym. I would rather hit the door flying.

Man, this is going to be good. This is sleep that I haven't experienced in a long time. Different than medicated sleep. Just deep, heavy, restful. And the dreaming is actually fun. Damn you government for taking away something that could benefit me like this. Hunger is also up, which only makes the first part of the day difficult. I catch up on all my calories when I get home from work. Possibly looking a bit fuller already as well.

This has become one of my favorite workouts. Back and Tri combo.

Almost had "ON" like intensity today. Killer pump. Dosed all my caps earlier, like 45 minutes before the gym instead of 15. First set was already hitting good.
 
Great work, I sleep pretty good on the MK myself now but it never gives me a knock out feeling.

Just 10mg for now and for a while. This is my timeline for the MK:

50 days at 10mg (laeving 22 caps in this bottle)
Start MASS GH at 1 cap per day which has 10mg in it for 30 more days (with LGD and RAD)
Bump MASS GH to 2 caps per day for 1 month (20mg MK, 8mg LGD)
Continue at 20mg MK for 8 weeks after cycle.

That's how much Ghar1ne I have on hand and on the way. Totaling 23 weeks. We'll see what it's availability is at that point.
