I'm going 80mg this time along with gw

have you used GW before? I'm gonna try some of the OL cardarine when its out in a few weeks but there's not a ton of good info out there.

Yep ran 60 days 20mg ed . Gonna get endurashred from ol start at 24mg gw 20mg osta 2 weeks and see how much bf drops.

It really upped my cardio which I'm gonna need with the amount of tren I'm running and the osta will help with hardness and joint soreness when I introduce winny

did you taper up to 20mg? I saw the guide from OL and it was saying something like 7/7/14/14/21/21...etc
 
Nah you know,me I'm a jump first kind of guy . What can you expect from a guy who has to lower dosages to stay at 2.5 grams a,week lol

I'm on 10mg once a day right now will run the new ol uk at 14mg for a couple weeks in case more potent

Don't need anything else interfering with sleep already have tren to do that
 
Also gotta say that 250mg of Test per week with 30mg of Osta per day is outstanding. The gains are still coming. The body comp seems to actually be accelerating. The pump in the gym is fantastic.

Freaking love Osta.

Feel so much better since dropping the Clen. And muscles actually appear fuller and more defined.

It's a ways off. Have a bottle of OL UK MASS GH coming, but not running until December or so, after next Prop and Tren blast. So will run it 8/8/8/12/12 or something like that with the MK-677 dose according to that.

I guess you saw the thread I started. Just trying to gauge some real world results without reading logs.

Yeah saw the thread. I m gonna blast the rad starting mid Oct after show
 
Out of weight for Kroc Rows. Pulling the 150's for 11. The only thing to add is reps now :whiner:

Nah... just wrap a band around your hand and tuck it under your foot instant top end weight increase.

Yoga is the shiit. So are naps. That is my Sunday summary. With football starting next week, I don't know that this will continue. Sunday mornings are kind of psycho setting up the laptop, phone and tv with football and fantasy football. Even more reason to probably push myself to yoga first.

I've been wanting to try yoga forever and just never get around to it.

It's so physically and mentally liberating. And even emotionally. It's such a relief to slow down my mind, let things go, breath and focus on the poses. The class we do is not easy. Of course you only do what you can, but the instructor offers challenges to many poses. Cannot recommend it enough. So much so it has me considering forgoing my usual Sunday Morning Countdown ritual!!

Being into eastern culture I love tai chi , also a great addition or substitute depending on your schedule or interests !
