Very awesome guy, you are like one of MY first mentors on here, and I appreciate everything you have done and will do everything in my power to show you the level of respect I have towards you, Your are one of the most solid people I have ever talked to and the qualities you exhibit are far and few between, people cant learn or buy these things, you either have it or you don't.. sucks to see you go but I know we will be in close touch, I just want everyone on here that doesn't really know you to know who AM is losing. Appreciate everything man from day one and as I said, we'll be in touch. god bless you and your family!!

I totally understand where your coming from because I'm the same way, impatient/punctual lol where I feel compelled to respond to notifications as soon as I see them.

Your an awesome guy and your family deserves you more than we do.
 
I've only been on AM for a short while, but I've appreciated your feedback on the multitude of topics that I have been apart of since joining. You are a wealth of knowledge and I have enjoyed following your log.

Brother you are an inspiration to many on here and one of the probably 6-7 reasons I come on the site to check now. I have fallen off and am backing away more and more now too. I completely understand the need to back away from the forum. It is so easy for it to become your priority that other things can end up on the back burner. I consider you a friend and appreciate the shout out. PM'ing for contact info.

I see a popular member has to take care of some business. Don't worry bro, I, as well as the staff thank you for your contribution and we will be here when and if you decide to come back. So here is a run-down of what I've been doing gear wise. I took about a 2 week break from Tren when I left here and started 40mg/day of Tbol. After those 2 weeks I was approached by another lab and offered a free Tren and Prop to review, sooooo, back on the Tren train. Reduced my Cyp dose to 250/week, Prop 100 eod, Tren 100 eod, Tbol 40/day. Tbol ended a few days ago. Let me tell you that Tbol/Tren combo is fantastic. Unbelievable pump and strength. Straight euphoria, like Cloud 9 in the gym. The reduced Cyp dose has me shedding some water. Also added Clen to improve cardio and start shredding up a bit. Got all the way up to 218 lbs. Now bouncing around 209-211. Leaner than when I started at 195. So I would say a net gain of 16 pounds of LBM.

Prop and Tren will be gone this week and cycle will be 250mg Cyp/week, 30mg Osta/day, and Clen is at 80mg/day. Clen will be gone in about 2 weeks and hope to start on some GW to run with the Osta.

There will be no PCT. I am committed. I'm cruising. I have everything already in line for another cycle in December probably. So to pct roller-coaster just to blast again seems pointless. I'll run some SARMs in the meantime between now and then with a true Test Base.

Yes, I know what I'm doing and am full aware of where I'm headed. Like I said, I'm committed to the life.

PR's go down on a daily basis, literally. I am at my all time strongest on everything. And it's not stopping. Will throw some pics up this weekend as that will be the end of the real cycle. And close this log. I'll be back around, I'm totally stoked about these line of Olympus UK products and can't wait to try some.

Nothing wrong with cruising. I'm on test year around between 250-375mg weekly unless I'm going lower test due to running another compound higher.

Dma was one of the guy's who made me decide to finally pin from following his log. I also am thinking about his idea of cruising between two cycles to be prime physique for next summer and I haven't even started my first cycle yet. Lol I am also way too young to even be cycling according to most people, but I know where I want to go and I know what it is going to take. I don't believe TRT is a horrible way to live either. Two pins a week for the rest of my life doesn't seem like a big deal at all, and we are all headed there most likely. I will most likely hold off though in case I want to have my own kids, or just save my sperm.. Lol

Where exactly is it you want to be?

Just wondering because for most goals blasting and crushing is not needed. I juiced alot of years and did fine cycling off during my younger years.

I would say Steve Cook is my ideal physique. I don't want to compete at all, maybe model but that's a long ways to go.

I don't plan on TRT soon. I would love to be able to PCT and recover fine. But nothing is set in stone for after this first pinning cycle. I'll decide once it gets closer to PCT time.
 
Let me just say that my decision to cruise is half that I don't want to roller-coaster, and half that I just don't want to come off. Test is amazing. Period. And while 250 a week may not be super man dose, I just don't like the idea of coming off right now. I'm not ready to. I'm sure I could recover just fine. I'm fully committed to this, I'm making insane progression, and the idea of slowing down sucks. Are there pros and cons to this decision? Absolutely. But the pros sure overshadow the cons for me. Much of it is the sex. I can't get enough, it's intense, savage. I might add that I will be cruising with Mast as well.

Sh1t makes me feel like the king of a small country.

I've kind of been up and down back and forth with the Test because of the Tren, but once I bumped the Mast to 600 from 400 I was like WHOA!! This is where it's at.

I like that brother. NPP is something I'm considering for my next cycle. Not sure how much bigger I want to get though. We'll see where I stand at that time. I feel a lot less mobile and agile above 215.

Yeah tren was starting to take tole but I needed something fast acting and it helps with my joints during cutting

Also beware, BACNE blew up once I upped the Mast to 600. Between it and the Tren my back and shoulders are broke the F out. My sicko wife has a hay-day trying to pop them. If I wasn't so damn oily, maybe she could get a grip LOL!!

It also blew up when I was using TNE. Had to up my Adex dose to 1mg ed and that helped the bacne a little.

PS, TNE is the shiznit too. 100mg PWO freaking Hulk Smash, but it seemed to actually hinder my endurance.But I think only because I would literally throw everything around crazy style for the first 30 minutes, then look like depressed Bruce Banner with his shredded shorts on after turning back to normal.

So this is 209 lbs. As said, 14 lb. gain and a touch leaner. Noted improvements from cycle:

Delts rounded out and separated from upper chest.

Upper chest development starting to pop, getting a little squared on the upper middle. Which is definitely where I genetically lack.

Lats spread out.

Rear Delts got some form, also a genetically lacking area.

Biceps and arms in general got some thickness.

Strength is at all time high on everything still.

Should have had my wife get a good Quad pic, also got some good thickness added to Quads.

Leg vascularity is almost on par with forearms and that is new!! I love it.

Still working toward the ever so difficult lower abs and love handle lean-ness. Also a genetic curse the love handles. I'll just try and get bigger up top to balance it out LOL.

I feel you on the genetic aspects. I have a very similar build to you (square, stocky, limited x frame shape) that I'm constantly trying to add width to shoulders and back to make my frame more shapely.

Heavy as in lower reps as well? I've found that I enjoy these "partial" reps, but I must focus on slow negative or I end up cheating too much and using my arms.

Not to low reps but hit failure by 10 for sure. I'll warm up with a set of like 20 to pump the blood then do bout 3 sets to failure today last set failed at 7

Amazing job man, you look great. I'm with you on the love handle thing, I am just going to work on getting wider up top.. I don't know if I have the will power to get lean enough to lose them, I like food too much. Lol

I realize that at my age I would have to cut so hard to lose them completely. But with a little "assistance" I can still build size. So I think I like option B. Plus how I train is so much better suited with a good amount of calories. It's such a mental mind-F. I mean, I'm not competing or anything, except with myself. I look better than all my friends. I just have this desire to have a freaking cover model body LOL. I should be happy with my hobby, but I'm such an obsessive mofo man I'm never satisfied with anything.

PS...stopped taking Clen as of this morning. Had one of the most painful experiences of my life last night. So Clen is known for causing cramps and depleting muscles of taurine. So I have been supplementing it, as well as a daily banana, and a couple gallons of water. I have been having small cramps in hands and face when I move funny, and a couple in calves yesterday when swimming. But the Quad cramp that woke me up from sleep and had me rolling back and forth in the bed, not only in pain, but fear. The spasm was like an electric twitch going down my leg. It would tighten, then release, then pulse, then tighten again. I got up and tried to walk and rub it at the same time, paced the entire length of the house about 6 laps. My wife wasn't home from work yet, she would have been freaking out. Hell I was freaking out. It started loosening up and I pounded a Propel from the fridge.

But F that sh!t.

I have a pretty high tolerance for pain. I can usually mentally block it out until it passes. This had me panicking a little. I seriously thought, Fock I have to go to the hospital.

So in the name of health over anything else, dropped that sh1t like a bad habit.
