You're gonna make me jump the gun on my next cycle, I'm jealous of your progress and ability to eat good food. Lol

I mean that's just my lunch for work, nothing spectacular. Just making it a point to get full.

Tonight's dinner is:

1 cup brown rice
3/4 cup ground turkey (93/7)
3/4 cup ground beef (90/10)
1 large sweet potato w/ 2 servings margerine
1 cup of chip nuts (4 servings)

Total 1360 cals, while hitting new daily goal of 3400.

Still full from lunch and it feels so nice.

Son ate some, but I squeezed them into 2600/day a little each day.My daughter would bring me 1/2 cup out of the hiding place!!

What's on it? I don't like sweet potatoes but I love A1 on white potatoes. Ranch goes really good on potatoes too if you get the right kind of ranch.

I thought it was nacho cheese at first, I don't get much peanut butter these days so I must have forgotten what it looks like..

But that's definitely something I'm going to have to try at some point. I love peanut butter.

I'm pretty much ready to come off the Tren. Just has me wound a little too tight. I'm generally a happy-go-lucky guy, but it is taking a lot of that away from me. I'll finish off the vial which is maybe another 10 days. It's had it's ups and downs, gains have been made. But I'm ready to relax physically a little bit. Give my heart a break. Get my breath back. But I will finish strong.
The new Tren also has my nipples full. So I hit the Caber last night and woke up much relieved.

Great Pump today. Here's a little note about some preworkout combinations I've been toying with. And I mean this completely objectively, but as an OL rep take it as you will.
I bought a tub of PES High Volume a couple weeks ago, as well as some Alphamine. Just to add some nitrates and different pump products and stims to my mix.
So I have tried many combinations Conqu3r, HV, and Alphamine. And without a doubt, the best workouts are when Conqu3r is the dominant PWO of the day. Some days I'll do 3/4 scoop Conqu3r, 2 Alphamine, 1 HV
Or 1 Conqu3r, 1.5 HV, 1.5 Alphamine
Or 1.5 Conqu3r, 1 HV, 1 Alphamine

The best sessions are definitely the ones where I use more Conqu3r. They're more intense and focused and my endurance is noticeably better. And I get the residual effect post-workout as well.
The other combinations have their place though.

Ya when I ran ecy last year I was up to some crazy doses... Took 50mg e 400c at one point by accident and then fell asleep ha
 
My first dose of the day I would wake up, take it, and then go back to bed for a couple hours. Every single time. Lol

Haha that's how I started my mornings too. Ecy, nap, then go for cardio.
 
Deads are coming back to where they once were prior to the intercostal strain. Just went in for Deads and some cardio this morning. Again taking long 4-5 minute rests to insure recovery between sets. This definitely is something that I never practiced before and could have possibly led to the injury. I get so pumped sometimes to just go go go, that I have to force myself to slow down. And it's paying off in regaining deadlift strength.

Maybe go for a PR on next deadlift day. 455 is PR. So maybe I'll at least match it.
 
I'm the same way with the rest between sets issue. I always say I'm going to take longer breaks but in the heat of the moment I get amped up and just can't help myself ha
 
Do you just mentally keep track of when to pin and doses and measurements? I was thinking of getting a calendar and planning it all out and marking the dates and how much I would need to pin and what else I had to take that day.

Also I may end up running Tren Ace my first few weeks of my cycle along with the Test Prop to lean up some more before I start increasing the calories. What do you think about just getting a blend? 100mg Tren Ace/100mg Test Prop and just running 50mg of each every other day? The only problem I see is if I can't stand the Tren sides then I would have to lose the Test Prop kickstart.
 
This is my problem with blends n general, whether it be pill or injectable. The inability to adjust one compound.

Honestly just get them individually. Have control, it's your first cycle. Also think you should give yourself a couple/few weeks without the Tren. It's a marathon not a race. Don't try to cram some fast goal into a small timeframe that you've never had any experience with. Just my opinion. Go with the flow bro. Give yourself a break. Enjoy your first cycle. That Prop will have you on fire fast. Add the Tren when you feel right. Beauty about injectable cycles, you have enough time.

I ran prop for my first cycle and I didn't need an ai. I'm a big advocate of only using what you need. I ran up to 150eod and loved it.

Tren for a first is def not the best idea simply because it has sides that can be harder to control and if you don't know if it's the test or the tren causing your issue then it becomes a pain to pinpoint and fix quickly.

Forgot to log workout this morning. Started off not feeling it, as I went after being awake for a few hours. Unlike my usual within an hour or so. So the routine was thrown off a little. Didn't feel strong at all on first 2 exercises, then it kicked into gear. No cardio today, just long rest times and plodded along. Still sweated like a freak.

Only about 1 more dose of Tren. I have to say that the highlight for me has been strength. Things have seemed rather easy. I don't have natural strength, I really have to work to make progression. Long arms and torso make upper body movements laborsome. But I feel in the last few weeks I have made some noticeable progress. And Deads are coming back. Squatted with 315 on the BB this morning, that was a first. Anything heavier than that has always been on the Smith.
The only real composition changes that I made was my delts popped a little bit and my back definitely got thicker and wider. But making the decision to eat more for strength didn't give me that shred that it may have if I kept strict. But I'm definitely larger everywhere at the same BF% as when I started. So that's a win. I can seemingly eat as many calories as I want and they're burned or used for growth and strength, no fat accumulated at all.
So one more dose of Tren with lowered Test on Wednesday, and then the Test will return to 600/week with Mast E at 600/week. Now my BF is not as low as it should be for the Mast to shine in the composition effects, but it is definitely shining in other areas. Definitely aiding in mood, strength, and my libido is stupid obscene. Seriously stupid. My wife's happy, self is happy, non-stop it's ridiculous.

Desire to do cardio is gone. Plodding through workouts with strength in mind is eating up my energy. But I'm liking where it's going. I'll be sure and get it a couple days a week still and it may return after the Tren is gone.

Also a new dynamic to be thrown in soon...T-bol will be landing tomorrow. So I'll need to pick up some TUDCA and as soon as I get it I'll start it. Just looking to keep the gain-train rolling. Bigger and Stronger. Think I'm going to grab some TNE as well. Can't get enough pump. I relish being the freak in the gym and I'm intrigued by the Test Suspension PWO effect.

Feeling fantastic. All sides are manageable and tolerable. My balls are gone and that really only seemed to happen in the last 2 weeks. 10 weeks down, 10 to go.
