DMA's Never Satisfied Training Log

holy **** bro those last pics show a huge difference, your looking ****ing solid and stacked!! great work man love seeing the progress!!! hope you had a good time out riding, been perfect weather for sure!

Thanks man. Sun was beating down out in the desert today. Got a little burn, but had the guns out LOL. And a few friends I haven't seen in a couple months pretty much called me out. I just smile and say thanks!!

This morning's workout was decent. Felt stronger than I have in a long time under the BB Squats. But back pumps showed up on deads, so I went to rack pulls and they were still there. Also felt a twinge of an old injury when I put 315 on the bar. I pulled an Intercostal muscle deadlifting about 6 months ago. I may have to face the fact that my deadlifting might be limited to the 225-275 pound range and just keep it strict and tight.

BB Squats:
135 x 10
185 x 10
235 x 8
255 x 8
275 x 7
285 x 6
285 x 6

Rack Pulls:
135 x 12 (this was deadlifts, but went to the rack after)
185 x 10
225 x 8
275 x 8
315 x 3 (felt that intercostal muscle yell at me)
225 x 8
225 x 8

DB Lunges:
25's x 12
35's x 12
45's x 12
55's x 12
60's x 12
Super Set
Calf Presses:
190, 205, 240, 270, 305 all sets 25+

Sled Pulls: (got a proper strap for pulling)
+90lbs. 60 yards x 4
+140lbs. 60 yards x 4

that's awesome you got out and put it down man, that's what these days are made for, and getting that workout in is awesome, kickass workout but sorry to hear about the flashback injury man, those intercostals are so damn delicate ive injured one before and they suck! hurts to breath, but **** man 275-295 isn't nothing to sneeze at and strict form and alternating with slow reps, pause reps, standing on a box for that extra stretch, remanians etc.. the possibilities are endless for working around those nagging injuries! im sure you already know all this your a freak of nature bro! lol

Sick. This log is giving me some good ideas to improve my gym sessions. I'll be trying those one arm smith inclines.

Right on man, that's what I like to hear.

95-115 lbs. is usually good. Went a little light today just to focus on squeeeeeeze!!

Dude KICKASS love the vid! inclines aree BOSS for upper chest and front delts, a lot of people just don't realize it!! what degree incline were you at? looks like you could have went higher? not to be mr.[preacher cause I get irritated when people do it to me and your not doing anything wrong but I want to recommend if you ever get the feeling to do it, you can raise your incline by 10 degree's per set on chest and shoulder days to hit each level and believe it or not it will stimulate growth beyond belief ive done it myself and had others do it, I got it from an old musclemag article I believe, start at your highest incline like 75 cause its hardest the higher you are ya know? then next set drop to 55, then next one drop to 35 and so fourth for up to 5 or 6 sets depending on how ya feel,

but I love your routines man they are all flawless and built for the best results! another kickass thing about doing that on the smith machine is you can go to failure and use your other arm to spot yourself through a couple more just barely pushing and the best part about spotting yours; you know just how much is needed to get through the sticking point! I got a question for ya...
What do you think out of what you are using supplement wise is getting you the biggest pump/endurance and motivation for your workouts?
just interested always trying to gain more knowledge ;)
love ya brother, keep up the great work!!

What's giving me the best pump? Probably the Test right now. Followed by a 3-way tie for 2nd place by DMZ, Ep1c, and Conqu3r!!

Kind of hard to say. The Test is in full swing now and that's definitely king.

I will try your multiple inclines suggestion because upper chest is definitely a focal point for me.

Awesome, had a feeling you would say the test.. I cant wait to try some, I been trying hard to find a good source for Trest ACE man, im dying for some!!! even the ph would be cool all I can find is OL TR3ST for $80, or MENT for around $35-60.. im VERY interested in the EP1C as well as I am told its a pretty good inhibitor of myostatin? and you will like the incline thing, it kind of makes you feel like your not getting enough on one spot consciously but honestly your hitting the entire upper chest your just hitting deeper more specific fibers and it helps bring out the really stubborn ones specially under your collar bone, when you can get those to come out that chest looks awesome, if you wear a V-neck shirt people automatically know your yoked by the cut and fibers sticking out from under my throat...

once again incline bench is so much more beneficial to every aspect of fitness, looks, everyday strength for everything cause you use your upper chest and delts for a hell of a lot more then your mid and lower pecs, theres really no use for them but im sure you already know that.. just throwing it out there for guys that might not look at it that way.. I know I myself workout and stay fit for every part of life wether I be going to compete in BB or lifting comps to being combat ready to defend myself or others and also to be prepared for any job I may be doing.. sorry I just started rambling! take care bro!!

Yeaaa boyyyy! Whoever doesn't use crunchy pb is doing it wrong.

Agree with Killa on the multiple angle presses. In fact multiple angle bench crunches, inclines, rear delt raises, flyes, etc. are all great.

Check out our thread on the upcoming release of Ep1c Unleashed. Truly will set the bar for epicatechin products.

DMZ is gone. Took last dose yesterday evening. And maybe it's a good thing. I love the stuff, but just like the last time I ran it, the hunger became uncontrollable around the 4th week. And this cycle being a recomp/cut, I do not want to have to eat 500 carbs a day out of pure hunger.

So out of mental distress of not having the DMZ for preworkout, I double scooped my Conqu3r with Ep1c. I cannot wait for the Ep1c Unleashed , OG is good, but just not the same.
