This. My epi cycle had my back in knots so I was dosing about 6g an hour pre and that helped a ton. Went from painful to just a little tight (which I kinda liked ha)

Fellow pb lover here ... did I read that you do pb+egg sandwiches? I'm always putting pb on everything (tuna steaks, apples, veggie sticks, etc) and get weird looks. I have tried it in grilled cheese but never considered egg - can't wait for it.

Just picked up some cashew butter. I am intrigued.

Working different hours this week to help train some folks at the shop. So workouts will be early afternoon. Found out today that I am definitely partial to the early morn session.

Went into this Push Hyper workout with pump and flex intentions. Probably flexed too hard because my chest was so fatigued so fast.

All rest times are 1 minute or less.

Added a scoop of BCAA SAA to my Conqu3r, 2 Ep1c, and 1 DMZ pre workout cocktail. Only 1 more week of DMZ :worried:

I love my wild meats, most are leaner than chicken but just more expensive. I just bought a few lbs and then back to chicken & Turkey.

I don't want derail this thread with too much food talk when Dma378 is killin it.

It's all good bro. I don't want this to always be about me!! Seriously. I wish I could think outside the box a little more when it comes to good food.
 
I'm with you on the morning workouts. Not as early as you, but if I have to lift any time after about 3PM the strength just doesn't seem to be there for me. Much prefer my morning sessions.

I'm up in the air. I enjoy lifting in the morning because I feel that euphoria for hours and hours after but I think I do my best strength wise in the afternoon with some food in me. Either way, there's no place I'd rather be than in the gym ha
 
I love am workouts but i'm an early bird too. Unfortunately I can only fit them in on weekends since I have to leave for work by 6:30am.

Are you increasing your protein intake on cycle or just typical diet?
 
i feel i get better sessions when i go in the morning, but it does suck a little waking up at 330 - 4 every day
 
Awesome workout! What was your music of choice for your workout? I've been on a huge Cannibal Corpse kick lately, been listening to Skeletal Domain on shuffle on Spotify :)

Death Metal everyday bro. Usually on shuffle until I hear something that may make me want to listen to a whole album. Yesterday the band that got that happening was Rotting Repugnancy.

The only bands I have that aren't Death Metal are Slipknot, Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera, and Lamb of God.

Everything else is underground.

Check out this band...Inhumation. If you like CC, this is a little more modern sound, but I can't get enough of them. Also the one I mentioned above. Then check out Disavowed, Beheaded, and Despondency (broke up boooo),

I love the music but I really don't have a tolerance for the non stop growling / undeterminable screaming. I like it but I don't want it to be the entire song. I love me some 5FDP, and a bunch of other stuff, I dig Asking Alexandria, I like that they introduce a bit of digital into it.

I love me some Avenged Sevenfold but not for working out. They slow it down too often not good in the middle of an intense set for it to go into lullaby mode...

Kleen try some The Black Dahlia Murder, Daath, Misery Index. If you like any of those I know a couple dozen more for you.

Damn it, must spread some rep around before giving it to you again. But man that sounds amazing. I can't hardly imagine the Choc PB on a burger.

All i have is flavoured nut butters right now, just finished this chocolate one and have two whey/pecan/walnut blends (chocolate chip cookie dough & cinnamon). I'm kind of craving just a plain pb right now lol.
