Yea didn't get any. He didn't want to do sheiko w me so I didn't have him around to film and I was too into my music to take my phone out and film lol.

About 30 mins. I'll tweet and take pics throughout the game.

That's his CAT6 cable. He has a ton of servers he runs in his office and he'd rather have his computers in the kitchen/PS3 wired in instead of wireless haha.

That looks like a blast, I saw the vid you posted last night, doing a 360 of the crowd, seemed like a party!!!

Busted my old phone to hell and the screen stopped working and I just now got the replacement. Think I broke my little toe while I was at the gym lol. Either way update coming Saturday. Until then today is my birthday and I'm taking the day off.

Skipped lunges because of the pressure it put on my toe :(

Narrative: 3 scoops of Ritual was almost too much for me. Not so much in the sense of over stimulation... I can handle that much caffeine any time, but more so in the fact that I actually found myself overfocused so much to the point that I would actually daydream on random things or catch myself staring off into space not paying attention to what I was doing. It took me out of the "zone." So no more of that :)

2.5 scoops of Ritual is right where I need to be! Everything went superbly well last night and I had a blast doing all of the lifts. Rack pulls are fun and great for your traps if done correctly! Had a huge pump going on towards the end of the night! I'll be lifting again Saturday and getting a video for sure :)

No I was doing some hip mobility with leg swings and I wasny paying attention and kicked the dumbbell rack. Idiot. Lol.

Celebrating bday w fam tonight and friends tomorrow. Gonna go watch game, eat wings, drink beer... Etc :)

LOL, my toe has looked like that a couple times from kickboxing over the years, hopefully you didn't break it!

Unfortunately, it happens with a lot of young companies. The logs/reviews will ultimately speak for themselves.
 
Hey DJ! ever try intra-dosing a pre-workout? since your using 3 scoops of Ritual, perhaps try 2 scoops pre-workout, 1 scoops intra.


I haven't tried it with Ritual yet because I find it gives me a high smooth energy the whole workout, but I've tried it with pre-workouts in the past, seemed to work good.

That'll be tomorrow. Deadlift day. First time I get to do regular deadlifts since I started the program. Up to this point its been deadlifts to knees only, rack pulls and deficit deadlifts!

Can't wait!!!!
