AX has some other goodies in it for support. Done to a cost basis, mate - do you need all the extra bells and whistles AX provides?

As Nick mentioned, Activate Xtreme (AX) has quite a few other ingredients than just Nettle Root. So while the primary ingredient is the same, you may get a few extra benefits from AX.
