Sup guys, some of you know me from my threads, or from reppin Finigenx :D;)!!! Check out my pics, i am plannin on entering one of the musclemania shows late next year. From now till then i will be bulking up seriously to add size all over especially my Legs, because they are my weakest point right. I do not have pics of them yet, because i am under a massive construction, so till then....

in the rear shot from the set of pics i did not flare my lats well so it kind off took away some of the width that i have.
 
Dips your arms are so crazy that they overshadow your delts... More laterals buddy, and leave the traps alone, work them indirectly with deads which will make anybody's legs grow... Dude trust me in the shoulders I have the same prob, once you bring them out you will be sicker, and hard pressed to find somebody with a better v taper...

Dude trust me i have been hitting shoulder twice a week. Heavy compounds, with laterals and second workout is nothing but laterals, laterals and more laterals, from lying laterals, to dumbells to cable laterals. **** i added 3 inches in the whole 8 weeks i hit them like that. I am still hitting them hard, but now i am doing pre-exhaust b4 the presses, while still hitting them twice a week.

I have not done any trap workouts for almost 6 months bro, they just grow from the heavy deadlifts on back days.

Wow you are def genetically gifted, as far as arms, adnd traps, And deads are still not adding mass to those legs? sorry I just assumed that you did not do deads, sorry for that assumption (been doing that alot lately)... Keep on doin it, bro and if you are not doin squats or high rep squats like 20 or more a set give em a try...

No problem bro. I really kind of got caught up in the heavy ass weight for squats. I will start trying to squat in reps of 20, i have been doing 8-10reps. Thanks for the compliments again bro.
 
Once you suck the water out for competition you're gonna look ripped. You look good and swole. Keep us up to date on the comp and how it goes.
 
Look great bro, haven't seen the legs, so as far as everything else is concerned, my only critique is the one you already know. Your arms are two years ahead of the rest of your body, lol. But, guys like Dexter Jackson, Lee Priest, etc have the same (problem??? I don't think so!).

Everything else is pretty well balanced, so, Just keep doing what you're doing IMO.

And,if you think you've got problems with your traps, mine grow retardedly from side laterals. hahaha. I don't even have to do deads, shrugs, or anything and they look like bricks sitting on top of my shoulders when they're pumped up. I wish i could transfer some of that potential into my arms :(

Anyway, everything looks great bro, you worked hard, and you deserve every lb! keep it up and try to get those delts out and chest up to par with your arms. BUT, IMO, don't cut out the arm work.

edit: And be honest...are those pics not quite doing you justice? I get the impression that those pics are flushing you out! :sick:

Lighting looks funky in the room...like its taking away some of your cuts and size. (They do that....cameras are evil... :blink: )

Like I said, you look BIG though...you'll do damage in whatever comp. you enter.

Yeah i was shot three time in that area and stabbed 2 years ago on thesame spot by my Ex-girlfriend, it hurt like hell but **** i am a solider. Ha just jokin bro, i the scar is from my appendix i had taken out 4-5 years ago. My skin scars easily.

I know you said you are working on the legs hardcore right now, but how are your calves? They naturally large, small, "normal"?


I've seen your pics before oand know you are a big mofo, and that's why when I clicked on one of the most muscular pix I at first was thinking "hey, that kinda looks like me except I'm as white as Casper the friendly ghost" Then I saw the double biceps shot, and back shot and was quickly brought back to reality that you are one big dude with some massive cannons and I've still got a ways to go before I get there hehe

Anyways, good job and please keep us posted!!!

Damn big ol' arms! I think they are the size of my wheels! The weekest part for me are my legs as well. When I changed my routine to higher reps, they really responded well. I've noticed some gains in the past month. So try to get your reps 15 or higher! Front squats are great!!!

you look well rounded, it looks like you got really powerful traps that pull for your shoulders, i have the same prob my front delts are nice but the sides and rear...... when you do your side laterals try to keep your elbows higher than your hands and do not rotate the dumbells back try to keep your hands parrallel to the floor and the weights at your side. Its been adding thickness to my shoulders and i never understood why they wouldnt grow until i changed the mechanics of my lifts. I find this is easier to do sitting sideways on an incline bench, keep shoulder down and elbows up. You have everything going for ya nice work.
 
like you need any more compliments but what the hell, one more. :jaw: damn, looking solid. i wish i had that kind of size on me. hey diplomats, what muscle mania show are you doing? i was thinking about the one in phoenix going down in sept. also, im pretty sure muscle mania is all natural... are OTC steroids like phera plex or m-trn allowed?
