Dinosaur Bodyweight training
I've been using the dino-bodyweight workouts for about 2 years now and the results are great. It totally changed my perspective on how I workout. Instead of simply lifting weights which led to plateaus and eventually injuries, the Dino BW is more in line with the functional, performance enhancing workouts used by MMA fighters. The issue with the Dinofiles is it's size which is a PDF document of 23MBs which not many email providers allow. I got it from Y2J from a file sharing website called "megauploads" which has appeared to change it's format since and is therefore no longer accessible.
I wish I could forward interested readers a copy cause it has changed my life. I thought my workout days were over due to lingering shoulder and low-back trouble. I was a former powerlifter and now instead of going for a double bodyweight bench, I'm more infatuated with supersets of handstand pushups coupled with rope pullups. Or 1 legged squats with jump pullups will totally kick your a$$.
To print it takes approximately 300-400 pages and to ship a copy would be heavy. If anyone has an idea on how to share this size file short of using small thumb drives back and forth let me know.
