DIM

Anyone have any good knowledge and/or advice on DIM??
I've recently started taking 150mg a day to offset the possibility of aromatization of my androgel..... I read there was no need to worry about it at T levels at or below 700.... mine hover between 1000 and 1300..

DIM has a very poor bioavailability.

I3C is a precursor to DIM, so you might have better luck with that.

DIM also has some anti-androgen properties. For this reason, I personally prefer other OTC aromatase inhibitors.

check out something like erase instead. DIM really isn't very well suited for this type of thing from what I have read about guys experiences with it.
