First off , the pump was ridiculous , 3 Volume plus 3 grams GM, just nuts.

Got plenty of rest for this workout. Had a great amount of endurance and shorter rest periods needed.
One thing I've noticed is my constant vascularity lately. Got veins popping out of triceps on off days. Who doesn't like that?
Aggression seems to keep increasing. I refused to leave a rep on the gym floor, I had a chest program worked out, and that was that. It was the aggression that made it happen.
Libido a little better but I may have a better idea when the mom in law is away for a week or two. Good thing the volume will outlast the HPTA!!!!
