First off , the pump was ridiculous , 3 Volume plus 3 grams GM, just nuts.
Felt better to day thanks to the Claritin D,
Got plenty of rest for this workout. Had a great amount of endurance and shorter rest periods needed.
One thing I've noticed is my constant vascularity lately. Got veins popping out of triceps on off days. Who doesn't like that?
Aggression seems to keep increasing. I refused to leave a rep on the gym floor, I had a chest program worked out, and that was that. It was the aggression that made it happen.
Libido a little better but I may have a better idea when the mom in law is away for a week or two. Good thing the volume will outlast the HPTA!!!!

Curious thing because I think it has been too. Not sure why it is, but I can honestly timeline tie it to around the time I felt the aggressive feelings start.
I am almost sure that this is an effect of the HPTA, then this might be a must have for the natty bodybuilder. If I was a single guy on the quest, I'd be at the gym everyday translating that intensity to every workout. That would be nuts!!!
But for now, I'm just a husband with a bad attitude.

Planning a shoulder workout tomorrow, let's see if I can blow out some of that bad attitude on the weights.
 
Excellent work! Good job on the updates. I haven't seen to many people mention increased aggression as you have. Everyone is different though. You seem to be experiencing similar results as others that have run this stack as well. That's good. Being aware of your aggression may help you to keep it under control at least. Your into the good weeks now with HPTA :)

the asian's have had something called a whipping tree for centuries to get out aggression, we have gyms and weight rooms, lol!!!

I noticed a little increased aggression while driving. I think i mentioned it in my final review.

Powered through the workout in short time today. Felt the energy and endurance but today I felt mild mannered. I was out the house first before anyone was up, no traffic on the way to the gym, and I had it mostly to myself. So I had no antagonist to get that adrenaline pumping.
I find that noteworthy because I was beginning to worry about that aggression being something cumulative to the degree of snapping like I had 'roid rage. Good to know that at least the awareness of it, and the known common causes like traffic, waiting for equipment, etc.
STILL GOOD THINGS. Still glad to be a part of this opportunity.
 
Day 18

No workout today.
Well being feeling present.
Aggression in check, I feel like I know now what to expect, and I chalk it up to the supp.
Other than that, not much to report.


Day 19

Noticed something that has happened on several occasions in the past couple of days and not sure what to make of it.
At random times, I get this weird chest feeling, breathing wise. It only lasts an inhale/exhale combo. Almost like the rush from powdered GABA , without the tingle and not so extreme. It never scared me, but it leaves a very relaxing wake. Just happened about a half hour ago which in real time would have been around 7:45 pm and my dose was empty stomach upon waking. If any other loggers have experienced something like this post it here.

Quick workout tonight. Bi's and tri's till I had no arms. Pump still crazy on 3 Volume preworkout.

Day 20
No workout
Same dose 3 HPTA on empty 3 Volume after breakfast.

Had a tuff time with my aggression today. Had a meltdown about it when I got off work. Those time when it hits would be great if I was at the gym. This is some pretty powerful stuff deep down.
I have three days of HPTA left.
Haven't counted the Volume, but I'm sure to have some left over.
Home workout tomorrow night to prime some groups for a heavy day Friday.

Day 21

Straight arm pull downs 4x12 @80
Pull ups wide grip 4x12
Low row to abdomen 4x12 @ 80

Ab rollout standing 2x10
Ab rollout kneeling 2x15

Tricep incline cable extensions 4x10
Reverse grip tricep cable ext 4x10

Shrugs semi bent 3x20

Calf raises 3x3x33 heel to plate/flat foot/toes on plate

Uphill long stride walk level 12 @ 4.5 mph

All resistance exercises performed in super sets.

Veins popping out of my calves is kinda special. Got the heart rate up and had no problem completing all sets, then jumped right into the tread after calf work. Prob gonna pay for it tomorrow night/Saturday morning.

No breathing situation today guys. Still paying attention over the last few days here.
 
Glad to hear that its going better. It could've been completely unrelated. It could've even just been
stress causing your heart the issues.

Seems like HPTA/Volume are both treating you well :biggthumpup:
 
Day 22
Last day with HTPA. Took a double dose 12 hours apart figuring at this point I might take advantage of the extra test boost to go with the solid workout and absolutely tight nutrition today, plus a good sleep.
Will report back tomorrow on any perceived benefit of a double daily dose this far into the log.

With regards to why I wanted to log this stack, these are my final thoughts.
Problem: low libido/low sperm volume/lack of alpha confidence as a result of both issues.

- double dose of HPTA might be the way to go. Requiring 2 bottles. If that don't fix it, I think TRT may be needed imo
Positives:
- alertness increase / clarity
- aggression increased but controllable
- alpha male feeling
- well being * majority of time, there were moments when that wasn't the case as you can read in my log.
- pump was always amplified by dosing the Volume preworkout
- endurance enhanced
- rest between sets reduced
- recovery time reduced
- DOMS reduced
- last but in no way the least....
VOLUME INCREASED!!!!

The wife asked me to leave that out until the final review. But I can say as for the sexual aspect of VOLUME supplement actually does the job. And the ejaculation contraction is pretty powerful. Even if my libido didn't get to where I thought it would, it was increased by the IRON STACK.
For my purposes, the IRON CHAMP USA's IRON STACK absolutely outshines all the other test boosters I've tried. Would love to name them, but I don't want to bash any products that might work for some, just not me. However, I strongly feel that running the HPTA for a month straight at 3 AM / 3 PM would significantly boost test for anyone dealing with what I have. Can't say for sure because I've always been natty, but it would probably be a smart addition to any PCT.

Any negatives I am reserving for a follow up quick review, so keep following.
