difference between shift and t2 advantages of stacking?

what would be the point of using shift instead of the Alpha t2? or even stacking it? it looks like shift is the same thing minus 2 ingredients.. is it to avoid the stim?

Shift is just the active in Alpha-T2 - non-stimulant, yes.

Even though Alpha-T2 is "light" re stimulants, those who cannot handle even the smallest amount of stimulants would be best using Shift.

Those who can handle stimulants might want to use Shift as a pre-bed dose, or to replace the second dose of Alpha-T2 is if it within 6-8 hours of their going to bed.
