Diet/Shred/Fat loss Supplements

Gainstron

New member
Hi guys!

Second thread from me, Gainstron!

My first thread were about "Offseason bulk supplements", i recieved some great replys there, thank you.

From 4 January im going to start my diet and get shredded for the summer, got my diet and training on point and looking for supplements to improve my shredding.

Stats

Age: 24
Height: 6'4
Weight: 231 lbs (105kg)
Estimated bodyfat: 15-17 %

Got my diet, cardio and training on point, done 3 fat loss journeys from 16 % to 7-8 % so i know the drill.

But im always looking for new ways to improve or boost the process and i found this website not long ago with a new world of supplements. You Americans is years before us Swedes in new supplements... Yohimbine seems interesting from reading other threads...

Looking for natural supplements ofc.

Using PWO (Caffeine), BCAA, Vitargo (Fast carb) as supplements.. Gonna be using Ergonine as a staple, but currently out of stock..

best regards and a happy new year, lads!

Since you've already dieted down so many times, I don't really think you need anything special. I'd go with this cheap/effective stack:

1) Caffeine
2) Forskolin
3) Yohimbine HCL

Yohimbine basically helps with stubborn fat, but seems to help me in particular with appetite suppression. Forskolin helps with muscle preservation/fat burning as well. Cheap, simple, effective. If I had to recommend a special formula, I'd either use PES Shift or PES Norcodrene. If you need to "feel better" while dieting, I definitely recommend the following:

1) Rhodiola Extract
2) KSM-66

I would look into OxyMax XT. It is a strong thermogenic with F95. I love Forskoin, especially during a cut to help maintain lean mass and burn fat as well. Alpha-yohimbine is also in the formula to contribute the fat burning. It also is a pretty strong appetite suppresent. Besides the F95, I really like the addition of N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine which increases mood and provides a better overall sense of well being. It is a pretty complete formula and helps elevate mood, which is a plus.

Some other good supplements out there are Norcodrene, Shift and LIV

solid suggestion here

Just curious bro, why adding vitargo if you're trying to cut?

Also, I know I'll probably get yapped at for this but when I cut, I pull the bcaas out. Basically the soul purpose of Isoleucine and valine is to convert to glucose in the body, no sense in adding extra glucose when you're trying to cut imo, leucine on its own if you want to take it then sure but I personally cut the bcaas and see better results that way. They're marketed as muscle sparing, which they do but I believe firmly if you're taking in enough protein and have enough fats in your diet and timed appropriately, you're not going to burn up muscle

We are looking for people to log our Betalean Its basically the ECA stack but without the Heart issues of Ephedra. Add that to our Testovar-HD and its a great stack. look for us in the company promotions thread on how to get it for free :)

You mean basically the ECA stack without the most effective ingredient? Scratching head.

I believe it contains caffeine, white willow bark and synephrine.

PES is 15% OFF at Nutriverse, Shift, F95, Alphamine, etc...

Chaos and Pain and Performax Labs at 20% off have strong options as well ;)

That's probably my favorite combo either shift and norcodrene or shift and alphamine. You'll get good results off of either of those combinations.

Additionally, research shows that Advantra Z® stimulates beta-3 cell receptors with minimal impact on alpha 1,2 and beta 1,2 receptors, which means that Advantra Z® increases the metabolic rate (Thermogenesis) without affecting heart rate or blood pressure unlike ma huang/ephedra. So your correct we didn't use ephedra
Ephedra or ephedrine-type alkaloids are indirect adrenergic agonists. Although they don't strongly activate these receptors directly, they increase the release of adrenaline-type alkaloids which strongly activate ALL of these receptors. Both the positive and negative effects of ephedra are due to all of these adrenergic receptors being activated.

Fortunately, the beta3 receptor is responsible for a host of positive benefits without one reported negative side effect. Firstly, there are beta3 adrenergic receptors in white adipose tissue. These receptors when stimulated directly cause fatty acids to be released from the adipose tissue and burned. Less fatty acids in the adipose tissue equals smaller adipose tissue. Although not as widely understood, there is another type of adipose tissue in the human body called brown fat.stimulates the brown fat to become bigger and more active thus increasing the body's overall metabolic rate. In turn, this means more calories burned and more adipose tissue lost.

Unlike white adipose tissue which does not contain blood vessels which carry red blood cells, brown fat has red blood cell-carrying capillaries and thus has a reddish-brown hue to it... and thus the name. Also unlike white adipose tissue which is just a storage organ, brown fat behaves like an active organ and has an integral role in the body's overall metabolic rate.
AdvantraZ® stimulates the brown fat to become bigger and more active thus increasing the body's overall metabolic rate. In turn, this means more calories burned and more adipose tissue lost.
