Diet plan may need tweeked...

My stats.
6'1 279 lower 20's range bf... Coming from 415lbs 60 % bf 9/2010..
Current diet consists of 5-6 meals a day little to no carbs

#1. 6 oz of eggs one yoke
#2. 6 oz of either fish,chicken, bison or 90% lean... With a cup of greens w. Olive oil
#3. Same as 2 minus greens.
#4 and #6 same as 2
#5 same as 3..

I have one cheat meal a week unfortunately its a big cheat... Subway sandwich and a beer or two...

Looking to be 250 lbs 15% bf
 
Keto with a huge weekly refeed is not ideal

Stay in keto or don't
I'd hate readjusting weekly.

How ling has this been your diet and how is the progress?
 
Not familar with term keto?? Couple weeks . a little bit of progress... My cheat days are killing me I believe

Youre eating meat, fat, and some veggies
That low carb is likely putting you into ketosis

Where ketones are produced for energy, you can google it
 
OK.. So what would u suggest?

Personally id run a slight deficiency with the continued low carb routine... low carbing should be more of a lifestyle not just a periodical diet practice... refrain from the cheats if possible
 
I thought I did... About 3 weeks 5lbs lost

Not bad at all, must have been lower carb before as well I'm guessing.
Typically people lose a lot of water initially as well

No issue with the layout,
But the cheat meals should be refeeds and not done to the extreme
 
I'd go crazy on low carbs! I don't like it. Calories deficit so you lose weight slowwwly is where its at :)
