Hey guys, i am gonna start my h-drol cycle soon

now i am about

5'11
195 lbs
15+ % bf by estimating.
i always work out and i play football

if i wanna stay around the 195-200 lb range on my cycle but cut fat while gaining some hard muscle .what type of diet should i do caloric wise?

maintenence?
bulking?
cutting?

well that depends on what your macro breakdown looks like. i would say maintenence if you're going to be on hdrol and diet is highest in protein
