Day 15 - Back/Bi
DL - 135, 185, 225, 275, 315 all for 8 reps, 365x4, 405x2
Pullups - 5 sets of 10 at BW
Machine Preacher Curl - 60, 70, 80 all for 8 reps, 90x8, lost count after this...started working in with a friend of mine and we were just killing it
Parallel Bar Pulldowns - L10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 all for 10 reps
Seated Row - L10, 11, 12, 13, 14 all for 10 reps, L15x7 reps
20 mins cardio
Day 16 - Shoulder/Traps
I was dead this workout...zero sleep and did what I could....
DB Laterals - 20, 30, 35, 40x10, 45x8, 45x6
BB Military Press - 95, 135, 155 all for 8 reps, 185x7, 185x6 drop to 135x8
DB Shrug - 110, 120, 120, 130, 130 all for 10 reps each
BB Shrug - 225, 275, 315, 365 all for 8 reps each, 405x5
15min cardio
