I've been doing exercises I haven't done over 50% max in the last 6 month just purposely to feel muscle soreness. Especially with school, since last summer, I've been mostly cardio, weights once a week. I did dumbell rows:
40's 10x
55's 10x
65's 6x
75's 10x
85's 10x
95's 10x
low rows, cable low curls, I destroyed back and bis. about 10% (maybe 50%) of that could have been
bc this baaaaaaaaad x20 girl was doing seated dumbell press next to the bench I was on. But I also
did AM cardio yest at the gym, and this AM, I feel no soreness in my back at all. I did get a lower right
side spasm when I went to pick up something last night but other than that, my arms just feel like I took
a high dose of a nitric oxide product. You know what I mean? They are not in pain, they just feel "not relaxed"
Hitting legs this afternoon after this Chiro Joints delivery because some guys want some at my gym, plus
my right knee is always screaming after legs because of a knee dislocation in 2010. I am also going to squat
which I havent done since about Sept 2015.
bring on the pain. oh so today:
pre-workout JP8x Hardcore/1 cap Chiro joints -
Intra: Dieselade 3/4 scoop (until my DIESEL JUGS) are done, I keep it low
because I'd rather mix 1.5 scoops in like 50oz water.
Post: 1 scoop NOS ETHER, 1/2 scoop DIESELADE, 3 Chiro Joints
