Background: 25yo, 180 lbs, ~14%BF, lifting since high school, 5-6 meals per day. Only other supplements are Flameout (fish oil), cytogainer, Metabolic Drive Low Carb and Complete, creatine, and Biotest Superfood, nothing real special. Take a multivitamin, vitamin C, and glucosamine chondroitin morning and night, and ZMA at night. Workout Mon, Tues, Thurs, and either Fri or Sat.
I started taking Diesel Test 2010 (lot # DT201001008) last monday, 2 a day like the label says, one in the morning before breakfast, and one before lunch. Did that for five days, then three a day on the sixth day, and then off a day. This week its been 1 in the morning, 1 before lunch, and 1 in the afternoon around 4-5pm. I was going to do the 2/day for that week, then go to 3/day this week, then 4/day for a week, then move to 5/day (making sure to include that off day on the seventh day of each week.)
I haven't noticed any increase in aggression or libido, both are about the same as before starting. All I've really noticed is that I'm really tired for most of the late morning to evening, which isn't what I had been expecting with this stuff. I'll be falling asleep at my chair at work, falling asleep on the drive home, falling asleep on the couch before going to lift, etc.
Is there a reason for this? Is there anything I can do about it? I've got some 6-OXO I could start taking, but I don't know that that would help. Any suggestions? Should I just stop taking the 2010? Which would kind of suck since I've got another unopened bottle waiting for me to finish this one.
