Did someone buy Olympus labs?

So it’s been a while I haven’t checked into the companies website, Kings blood, testify and all the good stuff is no where to be found?! Did I miss anything, or was the company bought by optimum nutrition, they seem to advertise nothing but protein tubs these days?!
 
They seem to do changes, upgrades, re-branding too often. I can't keep up with their products and neither can they.
