did 3AD live up to the hype?????

i got 2 bottles when it came out did the first bottle solo and nothing fantastic to report but when i did the 2nd bottle i stacked it with T-Roid and holy sheezet :bb3:
 
I ran two bottles solo and got nothing from it, Maybe a pound or two. No real change in strength or size. I wasn't expecting the world but I did plan on seeing some change. I saw nada.

Troid is much more potent tahn 3ad so that could explain that. One thing that bothers me about 3ad is that they ask you to take each dose with 15-20g of fat.
 
i ran 2 bottles at 6 caps a day for 30 days, bridged with epi from weeks 2-6, and the first 3 weeks before the epi really started to kick in, a gained about 4 lbs, and a decent amount of strength. i dont believe it was worth 110$ for the 2 bottles, but considering the lack of sides, if it were more conventionally priced i'd definitely recommend it. after the whole 6 weeks, i gained 12 lbs and had absolutely no sides, except some testicular pain during the first 3 days.

15-20g of fat can be gotten quite easily from as much peanut butter as you put on a PB&J sandwich. The fats are recommended because 3-AD is fat soluble. Is this too much for your dietary intake? If so, you can still do it without the fats. Just know that it may not absorb properly and you may not be getting quite what you want from it.

And as with everything, if you didn't like how your cycle went, we're always more than willing to go back over things with you to figure out what went wrong. The VAST majority of negative reports that I've handled were because people weren't doing it right. Either underdosing to "stretch", improper dosing, cruddy diet, or lack of appropriate training were the culprits in 99% of those cases.

Just sayin and throwin it out there...

You would think the ester would help with that though I'm sure most will claim it's for stability of the compound. Regardless, how was the figure of 15-20g of fat achieved? If nothing else it should add an additional 500 calories to one's diet which alone should have some sort of effect.

It doesnt really bother me idk why i mentioned it lol I ran it and saw some decent results but i had to stop because i started having some prolactin gyno signs idk why. For how safe it is and the results you cant really beat it. Didnt do much for aggression with me tho personally. Kepp in mind i ran it at six caps a day. I would like to run it with some halodrol in the future. I do however prefer and idolize hyperdrol and massfx!!!!!!
