Dianabol problems

I started my Test C and Dbol cycle 9 days ago. This is my 2nd cycle......stats

early 40s
220lbs
16% bf ( I was sub 14% before starting) just guessing but feel pretty bloated

I am doing 600 mg of test C (split into two doses)
and 20mg Dbol

I started with 50mg of Dbol but it was too strong. Mine comes as 50mg blue pills, so I have to split them into 4 pieces. Its not exact, but close) After I started at 50mg split up through the day I got major back pumps the next day. I knocked it down to 30 mg and now about 20 mg a day. I am taking 5000mg of taurine a day and drinking a lot of water, but still having debilitating back pumps.

It must have 'kicked in" this morning and I was strong as a bull in the gym. Big strength increase and I have added 4 pounds in a week. I am eating about 3600 calories (500 above maint) and it is pretty clean. Macros 40%protein/35%protein/25%fats. I don't like carbs too much, I seem to be carb sensitive and I am already feeling like a freaking walrus.

My problem now is whether or not to drop it from the cycle. Bad sides (for me) but now that I am seeing the positive effects, I may keep it and just not have a real leg day for about 3 more weeks. Hell, 80% of the people in my gym don't do legs anyway...hahaha

What are back pumps anyways ? I've taken quite a few PH cycles and I've never noticed them I don't think ..
As far as I know, it's mineral/fluid retention...They can be really painful. When I used to run SD and go play pickup games I would have to lay on the ground due to my lower back.

lower back feels pumped up. do a lot of high rep dead lifts and thats the feeling
Yeah I'm thinking about doing deadlifts this time on my DMZ and probably will do squats but won't go too heavy since I'm kind of a novice at it , although I do have the potential to get strong at em .

pretty sure most people get them because they don't drink enough water. I drink minimum of 2 gallons a day, and some of the cycles I've done are stupid. I've only gotten them like once when I first started taking stuff, and taurine fixed them immediately. I think water is a better alternative just a better habit to get into IMO

I agree about the lack water contributing to back pumps. Ran SD over a month ago to kick strt a test c cycle and they weren't debilitating like on Epi. I was working construction during the summer while in college when I took epi and drank over 1 gallon a day but would sweat it right out all day so dehydration may have played into it .

There is your problem.

That's not my problem, trust me. I work legs heavy, I was referring to the other guys at the gym.

I usually drink about 1 gallon to 1.5 gallons a day. I am bumping up the Taurine and see how it goes. Leg day today, so I will see if it works. I can see why people like Dbol though. Very fast growth

I did try 5 mg of Taurine preworkout and then another 5 mg throughout the day. It worked for the most part. I knocked out some heavy squats along with the rest of the workout. I have put on 8 lbs in 11 days and my strength in through the roof. Obviously a lot of the weight is water, but not all of it. I'm increasing my water and maybe my AI a little to reduce bloat.
