I know oral DHEA likes to be taken with fat.

Is this fatty enough?

I have my next appt with Dr Mariano in 3 weeks, but I figured I'd give the oral DHEA a try before asking for pregnenolone/DHEA cream.

Thanks, HAN. How much do you recommend? I use the Costco stuff that is 1gram per pill. I usually take them all at night (5g) because the burps are naaasty.

If you do not take fish oil on a full stomach it won't be stored and assimilated, it will be burned as fuel and wasted.

I recommend the Carlson's Very Finest Fish Oil. It is the purest, cheapest available in the US.

For the price, its not bad.

Men need way more DHA. And CLA as well. Thats why I go with FLAMEOUT. More money, but you get what you pay for.

One could just combine the two to save cash. Half doses of each :thumbsup:

I use the Carlson's liquid. Tastes like lemon, NO BURPS. Cheaper as liquid, too.

Plus, the Carlson family is ownderful to biz with.

Carlson's also has sufficient mixed tocopherols (Vit E's) to prevent its oxidation. I take it after breakfast, with my vitamins.

I still take the E gems w/it though....(1 pill at each dosing)

Wish I would have known about avoiding the empty stomach deal before....
