I’ve decided to log the current blast I am on, I hope I can bring some anecdotal info to you guys and pack on some muscle in the process.
I have done my share of logs in the past, I frequented this board a lot back in the day. My experience has been starting with the mild dhea probormones to taking most of the designer steroids of the time. I ran epistane, hdrol, pheraplex, superdrol, and xtren... all without a test base. I then finally ran a couple testosterone+oral kickstart cycles.
At that point i had a kid and took some time off the gym and lost a bunch of gains. I also realized I had pretty much tanked my natural test. Not so bad as I couldn’t have kids, I have two healthy boys now... but after my second son I hopped on blast and cruise and feel a whole lot better than the previous 2-3 years. I have blasted and cruised for almost a year now. I’m starting my second blast, which will be this log.

Starting weight: 218
Starting bf%: 10-12%
I decided that I wanted to run compounds that would be synergistic, not nandrolones, and have an ester that caused them to peak at different times through the blast. My goal is a clean bulk of a solid 10-15 lbs slow and steady. I don’t want to bloat much, I want minimal fat gain.
I workout 3 days on 1 day off.
Blast length: 20 weeks
Test base: sustanon 250 - 750mg/wk - 20weeks
Kickstart: Dianabol - 50mg/day - 4 weeks
Anabolic1- dihydroboldenone (1-testosterone cypionate) - 400mg/wk bump to 500mg/wk between weeks 6-8. Will play by ear and run between 12-14 weeks.
Anabolic2- Boldenone undecylenate- 600mg/wk - 20 weeks.
My basic idea for the cycle is to have each compound kick in as the previous compound should be plateauing. I think this cycle is a food friendly cycle, some steroids kill my appetite, but I think these should help me get all the nutrients in that I will be needing to make gains at my age. Strength has become a secondary goal to aesthetics.
Looking forward to seeing who comes along for the ride. I am currently 3 weeks in an up about 5 lbs and lean. I’ll post some pictures tomorrow since the pictures up on my avitar are probably 8 years old. Got legs tomorrow. Gym in the morning. ?
