Went for a little 2 mile run slow steady pace just to get some cardio in and loosen up the legs cause they are hurting today lol

Also updated first post with cycle changes to reflect changes I've made.
 
Monday motivation let's get the week started right.

Running DMZ at 80 mg now 40 pwo and 40 12 hrs later. Also running trest at 125 mg now. 75 pwo and 50 12 hrs later. Loving this setup. Maybe a little high for some but feels great for me so far. Only 3 weeks left till I start PCT. Up to 214 now and still strong at 18% bf. Hit back this morning and felt great. All lifts went up including 10 more pounds on deadlift.

Hey guys sorry fell off on this log wife was in the hospital for a week and messed my while routine up. Ended up starting PCT 2 weeks early to save the rest for a future cycle.

From the cycle I gained 16 lbs and lost .5% bf. And all my lifts went up in weight.

Pct has been
Clomid 50/50/25/25
TransFORM 2 pumps a day
DermaStr3ngth 2 pumps a day
Super PCT 4/4/3/3/2/1

I'm on week 3 of PCT and have dropped down to 210 which is a loss of 7 lbs but BF has stayed at 18.1 so still lost .5% and strength is still up so thinking this was some water weight but not sure either way I still look bigger and a little leaner.

16 lbs was nice wish I would have kept more but like I said I think the loss was water cause I did look more bloated at first.

Think I'm gonna run a cutting cycle around October. Any suggestions for a nice set up?
 
Hit shoulders today and put up a new PR for myself on Military press. Not as much as some people but pretty damn good for me lol.

Military press 135 lbs x 3 - 2 sets
145 lbs x 3 - 1 set
PR 155 lbs x 3 - 1 set

DB front raises 4 x 10
DB lateral raises 4 x 10
Delt destroyers 4 x 10
Farmers walk 4 sets 50 yds
 
Great gym sesh this morning I def think the dermastrength is helping keep my strength and even helping it continue to go up. Hit 205 lbs on close grip bench press for the first time.

Did arms today all exercises we supersetted in pairs of 2. Sets x reps

BB Curl 4 x 3
Close grip bench 4 x 3

Incline curl 4 x 10
Ez bar tricep ext 4 x 10

Preacher curl 4 x 10
Rope pressdowns 4 x 10

100 rep finisher

Been reading good stuff about the DermaStrength. I got me some to use as part of my PCT along with EP1C.

Yeah I'm loving the DermaStr3ngth as part of my PCT. I just got epic in from the NP sale but gonna wait to start till the last week of PCT I think.
 
Just knocked out a 1.5 mile run followed by 5 - 200 yard sprints. Then a max set of wide pull ups, max set chin ups, and a max set of dips. Sweating my a** off.
 
Knocked out a 2.5 mile run this morning then headed to the gym in a couple hours. Feeling good throughout this PCT. Some headaches but nothing serious.
 
Went to the gym did a full body low weight high rep routine and felt good. Expected to be more tired after running already but surprisingly I wasn't.

Bench press 3x15
Arnold shoulder press 3x15
Arnold curls 3x15

Happy Sunday time to meal prep and get things set up for the week. Should be a pretty good day and here's a little motivation to start you off.

PS went for another 2.5 mile run this morning. So will just stretch Real good throughout the rest of the day.

Hit the back meat slaps this morning and felt great. Am noticing a little acne around my chest an shoulders I'm guessing from continued use of the dermastrength since I didn't have it with the transform. Will try putting on inner thighs for a few days to see if it goes away.

Routine

Deadlift 4x3
Weighted Pull ups 4 x max
1 arm DB row 4x10
DB pullover 4x10
Upright row 4x10
Rear felt flys 4x10

Hanging leg raises 3x15
Hanging leg raise twists 3x15

Went for a little 1 mile jog at lunch followed by 5 200 yd sprints. The 1 max set pull ups, 1 max set dips, 1 max set chin ups.

Hit chest today for se reason my bench press felt weak today same weight just didn't feel as good as last week. All my other lifts still felt great though prolly just a bad day for it.

Bench press 4x3

Cable crossover 3x15

Cable crunches 3x15
Cable twists 3x15 each side
 
Leg sesh today and it felt great able to increase number of sets with higher weight which was nice. PCT is pretty much done in Friday so I'll get final pics and stats and measurements up this weekend. I'd call it successful despite the hiccup I hit along the way. Still stronger and noticeably bigger. Not huge but everything comes in time right.

Hit legs yesterday and surprisingly a little tight but no sore at all. Started ep1c this week so I'm guessing it's that. If so the next few weeks are gonna be fun lol.

Hit shoulders today and felt great. A little pain in my right shoulder in OP but think I just need to stretch it more.

Had a little hiccup in my life around week 6 and it messed up my schedule/diet/ and added a lot of stress which was noticeable after a week. So cut short and started PCT with DermaStr3ngth/transForm and bridged into Ep1c on week 4.

The cycle was amazing about mid week 2 I felt stronger, more aggressive, started gaining weight, and felt just pumped and confident. Before the hiccup I had gained about 16 lbs and lost .5% BF. Then during the hiccup I dropped down 6 lbs from not eating and all the stress.

PCT was amazing I kept a log of my routine and weights and all my lifts stayed the same and some even went up more while on PCT which everyone knows is amazing. I also didn't lose anymore weight so gained a solid 9 lbs from this cycle and lost 0.5% bf. And the addition of Ep1c at week 4 was noticeable about day 4 when my recovery from workouts was easy and pumps started coming even stronger.

I will do measurements and final pics tomorrow. All I can say is Olympus Labs makes a great quality product that works. Do your research and ask questions and u will have a great cycle with there products. I will def be running many more cycles with OL. Thanks to Olympus Labs and the reps for there help/advice/ and support along the way.

Looks like you leaned out quite a bit there man, looking great! Are you aiming to recomp with your natty anabolic stack or still looking to bulk?
 
So maybe DMZ and dermafury or TheOne and DermaTrest?
If the one would go well with a non methyl, I'm having an incredible time with dermatren and epiandro (dht), so I bet dermatren would be good with the one. I have no experience with the one yet though. I'm doing 2 pumps/day DT, plan on 3 the last 15 days to finish 3rd bottle.

I've actually thought about running dermatren. Thanks for reminding me. That's what I think I'm gonna do. Are u logging?

No, I'm 2 weeks into a planned 8 week run. Maybe I should, I record my workouts on jefit and could catch up. What do you think, too late or log?
