carbs 250 - 300g a day
fat 65 - 75g a day (some flax seed & fish oils)

ALL bp sups

hit body over 4 days, day off, repeat cycle. workout A & B for each body part. reps in the 12 - 14 range. i like muscle under tension technique.

35-40min AM cardio on empty stomach (5g BCAAs) 65-70bpm
& 20-25 min in evening on leg days

ANY INPUT WOULD BE HELPFUL, GOOD, BAD, & IN-BETWEEN.

Looks pretty solid to me, that is as long as you have your PCT all squared away. I think you will really enjoy this cycle as long as you've got plenty of Cissus to counteract the dry joints that you will probably experience. Other than that it looks great and good luck.

:wtf: I was planning on doing the same thing later on down the road. I was going to up the TRN to 6mg in week 3. I didn't do the math though I wasn't for sure 2 bottles of Pro would be enough for those doses, I guess they are lol.
