You shouldn't really have to worry about caffeine what ever your normal daily usage is stick with it. So long as you are drinking enough water caffeine has far more benefits than negatives. Otherwise take some Cayenne extract or hawthorne berry to control BP. Cayenne extract will help you lean up also if that is part of your goal.

had legs yesterday my back was killing. i havent used knee wraps or a belt since april so that might be it or that im just weak now in those lifts.

Weight update :
I'm up from 222.5 to 224.4 no change in diet and I feel tighter. I noticed this since I jumped to 2 pumps a day. for me, 2 pumps is def stronger and I feel a difference throughout the day as well. I've also been dosing 6-8 grams of taurine throughout the day.

Woke up dry as hell today and had a great work out. I'm almost done because I've been doing 2 pumps a day am and pm. You can really feel it with 2 pumps I feel tight all day and the pump in the gym is rediculous. You can drink just water no bcaas and your workout will feel like you had 3 scoops of high volume or something lol.

I hear that bro, I'm going to dial back to 1.5 pumps a day.. 1 pump a day will give you a nice impact on it's own..

It's a nice addition for sure.

Yea def I can't see much of a difference in the mirror on such a short amount of time but I can feel it in the gym for sure my usual gym workouts feel like warm ups now.

I really need to dial my diet in I had two pieces of pizza yesterday. I feel like I'm losing my gains without my protein shakes lol. My stomach has been a mess lately so I have been cutting out things to try and pinpoint the problem.

90 degree angle is it really my right knee never fully healed from acl surgery when it cracks I stop usually.
 
Back pumps like crazy today need to drink more water ! About to hit a push work out I'm going for max volume today. My diet is much better the last few days was trying to hit 225 carbs and 225 protein , a little short but pretty close today need about 60 more grams of protein.

Played bball after I lifted today got a big playoff game tomorrow need the jumper on point. Dude dislocated his shoulder reaching for the ball it was pretty nasty. I crossed him up then did like a step back and he reached and it just went out ! Crazy had to call 911 cuz it wouldn't set back in.

It's almost 11pm but I don't want to eat this late have like no good in the house only Tuna and peanut butter. Def need to buy different kinds of protein. I need to work on eating my protei. First then fill in with fats and carbs after. When I did this i really transformed my body but I'm struggling now.

It's awful right now my stomach has been acting up so I stopped using my whey. I usually do 3 shakes a day which is 75 grams pro right there. I usually have 300 and 350 carbs and 105-110 fats . I need to plan out my days better.
 
No gym today had a basketball game we destroyed these guys. It was 100-62 with 4 mins left and they called the game. Pretty crazy! I only used 1 pump today and I felt much better no back pumps but still looked full. I actually dropped in weight but look the same I'll post update pics at the end. I'm 221.4 down 1.1 lbs no change in diet.

Wish I had more derma fury to run but I'm just about out! Going out with a bang on leg day I feel really good right now. Think I have about one pump left if I can mix if with some hand sanitizer I'll get more out of the bottle. #thestruggle

My final review

From what I was expecting by lookin at the dosage I was totally surprised. I thought this product at the dose they suggested wouldn't do a damn thing. I lost 3.4 lbs and haven't gained it back since I ran out which is great.

Cost- I think it is fair because you really only need 1 pump a day to see good results. I went over board and started doing 2 a day because of the strength gains.

Pumps- great for pumps and vascularity I would highly recommend it if you are lean

Strength- not that much of a difference for me I felt like I could kill every weight though every set which was a nice addition.

Application - smell was great and it dried super fast which is always great for transdermals.

Overall- I would highly recommend this product for someone on a cut not a bulk. I think the effects would be better on a cut, due note at 2 pumps a day you will get back pumps and achy joints which is what happened to me. I didn't experience any shut down but I am still running a pct just to be safe. Thanks Olympus labs for choosing me and hopefully this log will help someone in the future!
