Dermacrine/ test booster joint pain???

Hey people, so my 55 year old father started using dermacrine and about a week in he gets intense joint pain especially in his knees (he doesn't have joint pain prior to this)... It also goes away immediately after he stops using it.
He's used test boosters in the past and most cause that same problem.

Does anyone know why this happens or how he can prevent this?

Could be low estrogen.

I felt like that may be it, but I wasn't aware if these supplements lowered estrogen or not.

From my experience Dermacrine raises e2 a bit

Hmmm in that case I feel at a loss. If it isn't the estrogen. What else can cause joint pain in that way.

I get joint pain when I drastically lower my prolactin levels
