It was suspected as being the magic ingredient in a very popular pre workout supplement so other companies started using it as well.

Primaforce even released dendrobium capsules despite Mike McCandless being honest and open in regards to it not matching up to the original product.

I know the back history . I also understand the bandwagon jumpers adding it to pre workouts but why if it has 0 benefit .

I love supporting the smaller innovative companies but you have to question the motives.

A lot of people would post on forums asking which products have dendrobium in it. Search for it on BB.com and you will see what I mean.

That is why companies used it. It made some people buy their products.

No, there are far more threads than that.

Here is a short list of thread where people asked about dendrobium, questioned if it is stronger than DMAA, if it will get banned due to it's perceived potency and asked which other products which contain it etc etc.

A lot of people suspected dendrobium was the cause of strong stimulant effects so other companies tried to capitalise on it by adding it to their product.
