Degenerative cartilage and treatment

So I’ve played around with various self medications for this problem. I just wanted to hear everyone’s thoughts. I contracted Lyme disease at 14 YO and I’m now 32 and it’s catching up on me. Right knee is the worst of them but the MRIs show that it’s pretty bad everywhere. Ive played around with some Products that increase Gh and that’s helped. But curious if there are any other ways to treat this problem systemically. More just starting a dialogue if anyone’s interested.

Not sure if this is true or in testing but I did read something that said CBD is being used to treat Lyme Disease.

So. After a brief reading it’s basically just treating it like an anti inflammatory medication. Which isn’t a bad thing. But I’m looking for actual repair or cartilage. whereas anti inflammation is basically just putting a band aid on it. It’s not a bad idea and I’m sure it helps.
