I know I personally have liked it most at 5 caps (I'm a bigger guy) 30 minutes pre-meal on really big meal days and have only saved it for those.

I use 200-400mg NaRALA and 1-2 SlinTensity 15-20 minutes prior to that meal (depending on carbohydrate content) and then 1 tab of Metformin (500mg) pretty much right before eating.
