Get some bfr bands, I've added them and made sick gains... I normally do it like
Monday-chest then two exercises light/high rep bfr
Tuesday-back then two triceps bfr
Saturday-arms 2 exercises heavy for both bi/tris then bfr supersets
Eat in a slight caloric surplus. Nothing else is going to make your arms grow unless you’re on steroids.

Continue to hit those triceps hard. Perhaps perform much slower repetitions on your bicep workouts. Tine under tension. Extremely painful. But works.Thanks Bro. You think I should focus more on biceps?
