What can I do to make it a good arm?

Get some bfr bands, I've added them and made sick gains... I normally do it like
Monday-chest then two exercises light/high rep bfr
Tuesday-back then two triceps bfr
Saturday-arms 2 exercises heavy for both bi/tris then bfr supersets

Eat in a slight caloric surplus. Nothing else is going to make your arms grow unless you’re on steroids.

Haha. Oh I’m eating... From week 1 of the college football season thru super bowl I eat like a champ. Haha

I think so man, can only go off what they have done for me... But I am super impressed. I got some that are marked with numbers so you can keep track of how tight you do it each time

Another vote for adding in bands. Check out youtube for some things that John Meadows does with them.

Continue to hit those triceps hard. Perhaps perform much slower repetitions on your bicep workouts. Tine under tension. Extremely painful. But works.

Very slow reps is exactly what I just started doing and I notice a difference for sure.

Looks around 16" and lean, so yeah man good look.
