Deca/eq/win

i knw a person whos been into bodybuilding for long time and hes telling my friend to run following:

200mg deca ew
200mg eq ew
200mg winstrol oil 2x week

he says thats all you need, and if u cant get cut off of that ur diet/training is wayy off. he recomends clen if you want be "shreded"

thoughts on this?
 
Diet is for sure the key to every cycle but I would change the deca for NPP and start eq on 400mg EW with two injections per week and head up to 600mg and the winny should be eod not 2x a week and obviously use test as a base.But this cycle would be for someone with alot of experience.
 
yea I really don't see the cycle to get anyone shredded but the eq should definitely give a more defined look. This looks like more of a lean mass cycle
 
I mean, I don't really know where to begin on this suggested cycle. Things that jump out to me are:
no test base.
eq dose is too low.
200mg Deca I think you would only get joint/tendon support from.
winny injections are too far apart.

If I wanted to cut with some kind of cycle like that it would be:
Test P
Tren A instead of Deca
50mg winny ED
If you must use EQ, at least 400mg/wk

Clen is a good idea but clen and T3 together alongside those anabolics should be a great combo.

I have an old timer like that too, just a little diff.

200mg prop

He runs 9 months on and 3 months off.
The guy is about 47 and reps 315 on the incline like it's no big deal.

I'm not there yet...

Then he's doing something right. I like that cycle too, mild but effective.

The only thing good about that cycle is the prop, in my opinion. When I'm cruising on just test e, 400mg per wk, I warm up with 300 then go up from there. All of my benches are on an incline, so doing 315 is no big deal unless he's 150 pounds. Simple cycles are the best, but he's on TRT, not a cycle. If he's running equip/deca for that long, nine months, I hope he's getting bloodwork done because quite frankly, that's not a very smart mix.
