Dear SNS, could you please do something about X-gels capsules!

Hi SNS, can you please make your X-gells pills more swallow friendly?!
That oblong shape just doesn't go down well without a struggle and possible chocking hazard!

Have to agree with supp guy, these gels are small and go down easy. I actually take 6-8 at a time with a single swig of water. Something like fish oils is much more difficult lol

Have you tried boofing them? Certainly less likely to be a choking hazard

Boofing? You mean suppositories?? I don't want inflammation in my anus! lol!

But how does a supp company decide on capsule/pill shape? X-gels shape are unlike no other supp that I've taken.

The shape is different, but that's also because it contains oil as opposed to powder and the slightly more oval shape protects the integrity of the gel cap.

You get used to them ;)
 
Do you take any other caps? If you can't handle x gels (which are really small), how can you handle other stuff like multis and fish oil? lol

I took Unilever! I had a rough time trying to swallow them too! But then someone said you had to chew them! But they tasted like poo! (or at least like bile)

I take all other types of multis and caps including fish oil. I get maybe I'll try X-gels with something other than water. I guess I'll try it with tea or coffee. Is it possible to make ArA in liquid form like liquid fish oil?
