ok first of all at my home gym i was doing hang cleans and i was resting the bar on the actual bench. well what my dumb ass didn't realize that the impact from setting it down on the bench would bend my bar and sure enough it did. so now i don't have a barbell i have a cambered bar. I didnt have much of a home Gym just a smith machine where i could put j hooks on one side of it and bench and i would do Deads with chains bench with chains etc. at home and accessory work at the gym. Well now i cant do that. i have to do all my lifts at the gym now, so obviously i cant really care chains into the gym, so im thinking about doing bands. I know how to use the for squats in the power rack and how to set them up on bench press however for deadlift i thought you needed a board to attach the bands for untill i saw this.

at the beginning of the video looks like hes deadlifts by using a monster mini band and just stepping on it? my DL form is just like his meaning the width etc.. so i was thinking bout picking some Monster Minis up off elitefts the link is below.

it says it provides 135 pounds resistance at the top. so if i use them the way the guy in the youtube video is would i need this band? or a lighter one? also if i buy this band should i buy one or two?
id really apprciate some help on this one.
