DCP tablets or capsules?

Hey guys, a friend of a friend has a couple extra bottles of DCP that he is willing to sell me and my friend. One is tablets and one is capsules. Is there any difference in the formula? Is one version better than the other?
Just wondering which bottle I should choose, I think the capsules came out first.

Any info would be appreciated.

Capsules came first. the formula is the same.

I actually prefer the tablets.

It really depends on if you have a preferance in what form you like. I prefer caps myself, easier to wash down.

I prefer the tablets. They have a nice hint of raspberry to them.
